Applebee's Grill + Bar

Upon arrival I just walked in sat at the bar bc I know with Applebees and chilis that’s the quickest way to get service. But this time I sat for 10 mins before anyone even asked had I been helped this is after I asked for a menu twice. Food was good and came out in a reasonable time. The staff seemed highly irritated and short staffed. Even when I paid for my meal since I used Apple Pay the bartender walked me to make my payment and handed me a pen for me to grab my own receipt when it came out. He did thank me for my patience. I work to hard to spend money in environments like this. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had — and we didn’t even get food.

From the moment we walked in, it was pure chaos. The host told us we could sit at the bar, so we did. We sat there for at least 5 minutes, clearly visible, while the server looked directly at us multiple times — only to later find out there was no bartender on duty. No explanation. No greeting. Nothing. Apparently the server was “covering” the bar area, yet couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge us or tell us what was going on.

When we finally asked if we could still order drinks, the server gave us an attitude and told us to move to a table instead. We moved, waited another 5–7 minutes, and then attempted to order the $6 monthly drink special. She began making the drinks, then came back to say they were out of the vodka for the special and that we would need to upgrade and pay almost $3 more.

We asked for a moment to look it over. Instead of returning, she took another table’s order, made their drinks, checked on multiple other tables, and never came back to ours. Not once. We were completely ignored.

We were essentially abandoned. We were “lucky” to receive water — complete with sad, clearly not-fresh lemons we didn’t ask for. At that point it was obvious we were not going to be served at all.

To make matters worse, this wasn’t even a busy restaurant. They had only three other tables, yet still had people waiting in the lobby to be seated while service on the floor was clearly falling apart.

Completely disorganized, inattentive service, attitude from staff, misleading drink specials, and zero accountability. We left without food, without drinks, and without any explanation. Absolutely unacceptable and not worth the time.

I hate to say it but our waitress was terrible. We received our food before our drinks. Luckily whoever dropped our food off, asked our drink orders. And then we actually got them, 10 mins later.
The wait time was awful. They weren’t willing to change our tables.
And again, the server was awful. It could have been a bad night for her. Or she just wasn’t a very nice person. She was rude and short with us.
Other tables received their drinks before us. Not to mention they came way AFTER us.
I won’t be back again.

This was the worst restaurant I have been to in years. The service was extremely bad from the waitress all the way down to the drinks. We went to try their OMG burgers and they didn't have it. We waited 20 minutes for our water and drinks. We waited an extra 15 minutes for our appetizer and everything was nasty.

Wasn't very busy, but we had an enjoyable girls luncheon. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Waiter was pleasant.

That said, I do need to let you know that I contacted the team using the provided method, and I still haven't heard anything back. Since I believe a person (or team) is only as good as their word, this lack of follow-through is disappointing.

Unfortunately, this unresponsiveness is another key reason why I unfortunately cannot recommend this location. I wish it all the best and truly hope this location improves.

Initial review: Unfortunately, this was our final visit to Applebee's. We stopped in for lunch - after a volunteer event - but the experience was highly disappointing! The food was extremely subpar—my partner and I both had the strong sense that it had been reheated, which is unacceptable.

​It felt like the staff was either not prepared or lacked proper training. A once-booming franchise is clearly struggling. I strongly suggest closing this specific location and replacing it with a better restaurant or bar.

Wow, we're blowing away this time The food actually tasted pretty good. Couldn't believe 2 for $25 got us really far. That's right If you're the one reading this review come here they've changed. Thank you Applebee's for trying again we'll be back 😉

This was honestly a really disappointing experience....
I have always hyped up Applebee's and suggested going here with my bf. I waited a little and then was seated at a booth. My bf arrived a little after me and we were super excited to try the seasonal cocktails and 2 for $25 deal :)
Tell me why they had neither of the seasonal drinks and literally EVERY entrée i wanted was not available. We ended up completely scrapping that and had to tell our server to come back so we could think again. Even with the app trio I decided to eventually go with, they were out of the quesadillas that i wanted!!! I kinda gave up at that point. It isn't our server's fault the food wasn't available but she wasn't attentive at all and for little things, we had to wait forever. My food was so oily, I couldn't finish it. My bf's burger had the biggest onion chunk on it (which was funny) but it was good and he liked the wonton taco things. The mozz sticks and boneless wings were good but it was the fries drenched in oil really.
Bottom line is that this location is not worthwhile in my opinion. In hindsight, I wish we had just gone to chili's or just got takeout *sigh* we feel like we wasted money.

Terrible service. Went to sit down at the bar and the bartender/server lady literally rolled her eyes and told her manager “can you take care of the people at the bar I don’t feel like doing this shit”. I’m a bartender so that a disgrace of service. We will NEVER be back at this location. Awful employees. Do better Applebees.

Wait was over 40 min and not many people in the restaurant. Ordered a plain bacon cheese burger came back with lettuces and onions asked if they could please fix it they came back with same burger just scraped all the extra stuff off definitely would not recommend eating here

It was cold. The food was cold. Service was slow. The were all in back mostly. Hardly seen servers. My son said he kept seeing our server on her phone in back. There is one restroom in the women's bathroom. My daughter asked for a plain burger. They took it back when they got it wrong. Scraped off the lettuce and tomato and sent it back. Lettuce pieces still there. And it was cold. Never again.

Horrible experience. Our waitress stayed on her phone the entire time, took us forever to get our food and all the cups at the table were empty and were for at least 30 mins. Even had a birthday brownie and the lady was gonna charge us for it. Even one of our orders were a burger and it came out wrong and they took it back to the back and just scraped the stuff off, the burger was also dry and cold and another burger we had was still pink in the middle.
