It's been a minute since my last Arby's review - five years ago in Richmond. I just don't hit this roast beef fast food place very often. A bummer because today's experience was really good. I was on foot with my car being serviced nearby so this ended up a positive choice.
Arby's has an app like the other fast food chains. Busy at lunchtime today, I was able to find a seat at the hightop table facing the counter area. After connecting to their wifi, I installed the Arby's app and made an order. Super easy and it wasn't more than five minutes later, my name was called.
Roast beef sandwich was tasty, cooked the way Arby's does - medium well and sliced very thin. The condiments area had Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce (a creamy horseradish). That went really well with the beef. Instead of fries, I chose the mac & cheese balls. These were hot and delicious. Bummer there's only four in there because I could pop these all day.
The restaurant was busy but clean. The same guy taking orders was also out in the dining area spraying and wiping down tables when he didn't have customers at the register. Other people were happy - no one was returning to the counter to correct their orders. A very good experience for sure.
Vegetarian options: They're focused on roast beef. Not much for the vegetarians here.
Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.
Parking: It is in a strip mall so room for larger vehicles.
Very clean and atmosphere was great . People were pleasant and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it .

1st, I think Arby's gets a bad rap, they don't get utilized as much. I think they deserve a better chance. 😇 I don't know if UV tried the 🗣️(())Gyros, cheese sticks, & for dessert their🤫cookies 😇..That's a whole meal🔥 right there.. Atmosphere is quiet BCAUSE Most people r there 4lunch so we 🚗DRIVE THRU🚗or 🏃🏼FAST.. My Dad George RIP🌅.. is n Heaven 😇eating his favorite ROAST BEEF SANDWICH 😘🌅
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like the curly fries, they stick their lil fingers n it & eat them as it goes around their lil fingers... it's a beautiful thing
I ordered a small curly fry. It was one curly fry and 6-7 other curvy looking fries. I wasn’t given much.

Just got two brisket sandwiches over 16.00 dollars get home and my question is who in the hell cuts meat any meat with the grain are you serious with the grain it's against the grain go back to the soda fountain people are sick and tried of paying a lot of money for piss poor

I love coming to this Arby’s my food is always good & the service is great as well! There’s a young man who I’ve seen at the drive thru frequently at night, he always wears black & is incredibly helpful. Definitely go try their curly fries & their apple turnovers :)
