Please do not try the new pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. They’re extremely overpriced and not worth the hype. The sweet and spicy sauces don’t help these poor sandwiches at all. I wasted my money for the last time at Arby’s. I won’t get played like this again. I hope Ced and Anthony got their bag, because mine went straight to the trash.

I don’t eat at Arby’s too often but when I get a “hankering” for curly fries and a smokehouse beef brisket sandwich, Arby’s is where I head. This is my local Arby’s and it really hasn’t changed much in the 25 years I’ve lived here. If corporate sees this, I want to encourage you to put some money into “freshening” up this particular location.

It's been a minute since my last Arby's review - five years ago in Richmond. I just don't hit this roast beef fast food place very often. A bummer because today's experience was really good. I was on foot with my car being serviced nearby so this ended up a positive choice.
Arby's has an app like the other fast food chains. Busy at lunchtime today, I was able to find a seat at the hightop table facing the counter area. After connecting to their wifi, I installed the Arby's app and made an order. Super easy and it wasn't more than five minutes later, my name was called.
Roast beef sandwich was tasty, cooked the way Arby's does - medium well and sliced very thin. The condiments area had Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce (a creamy horseradish). That went really well with the beef. Instead of fries, I chose the mac & cheese balls. These were hot and delicious. Bummer there's only four in there because I could pop these all day.
The restaurant was busy but clean. The same guy taking orders was also out in the dining area spraying and wiping down tables when he didn't have customers at the register. Other people were happy - no one was returning to the counter to correct their orders. A very good experience for sure.
Vegetarian options: They're focused on roast beef. Not much for the vegetarians here.
Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.
Parking: It is in a strip mall so room for larger vehicles.
