I made an order yesterday (10-17-25) around 7:30pm for the first time, it was great, fries were a little cold but nothing too bad. I decided to order a second time the next day (today) and they went from a solid 7/10 to a -10.
I ordered the same things, steak nuggets and fries and decided to add a sandwich as well with some pink looking meat and cheese, here is a comparison of what they advertise, and the ROTTEN meat i got
Thank god i didn’t take a bite on this, I would be dead right now probably.

I was immediately greetedly warmly and kindly by JOHNATHAN. He took my order in seconds and the Food WAS A#1 !! For the last 40 years I ONLY eat at ARBY'S on my all my road trips! This Arby's is The Best One I've dined at in at least 25 years!! Explemplary and Shining Example of what all Arby's should strive for!! The 70's music Was Awesome as well!! Can't go wrong with a lil Stevie Wonder!! Thanks to the whole crew for a great dining experience!!!

Please do not try the new pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. They’re extremely overpriced and not worth the hype. The sweet and spicy sauces don’t help these poor sandwiches at all. I wasted my money for the last time at Arby’s. I won’t get played like this again. I hope Ced and Anthony got their bag, because mine went straight to the trash.

Food was cold, we didn't get the shakes we paid for and wasn't even offered a refund. The food was so disgusting that we couldn't even eat it!

I don’t eat at Arby’s too often but when I get a “hankering” for curly fries and a smokehouse beef brisket sandwich, Arby’s is where I head. This is my local Arby’s and it really hasn’t changed much in the 25 years I’ve lived here. If corporate sees this, I want to encourage you to put some money into “freshening” up this particular location.
