I came here for a quick snack while shopping at the mall. I placed a mobile order through the app to avoid the line. I think I had to wait about 12 minutes from placing the order to receiving it. The store itself was not very clean, the floor was sticky and there was trash on the eating counter. I ordered a large pretzel dog and a classic cinnamon pretzel. Both tasted alright. Both of the items that I got were undercooked and the pretzel dog had a weird aftertaste. I think they were rushing because there was a long line. Overall this location is okay, it depends on who is working.

I had a great experience today. I needed a last minute snack for my daughter’s team party and they delivered. The lady helping me was so sweet and had my two buckets ready within 15 minutes. We will definitely be back!

For a franchise, they aren’t keeping brand standards… like at all. Went tonight and they don’t offer the smaller size pretzel nuggets, only the larger size. If you look up at their menu board, it’ll list both sizes but the smaller size has $0.00 next to it, meaning they’re not offering it. I’m pretty sure they’re just requiring people to spend more money by offering the largest size. Then, they aren’t using branded cups for the pretzel nuggets. Mine literally came in a white styrofoam cup. And bags? Forget it. They have plain brown paper bags you help yourself to next to the register. The Auntie Anne’s in SouthPark puts your nuggets in a branded cup and branded bag. Also, the workers weren’t using gloves to handle putting the cups of nuggets in the heated case. Their hand would graze the top of the pretzels while putting it in…after I watched them touch the register, etc. Respectfully, what’s going on here?

Ordered 2 almond pretzels that were being made fresh waited 15mins for them after purchase. I scanned my app to earn my points for my purchase which would have earned me a free pretzel. I noticed the cashier rang me up for 3 pretzels, which I thought was strange, 2 almond (which I ordered) and a garlic parmesan pretzel. I asked the cashier to correct it, which he did. Paid 10+ dollars, 15mins later recieved my 2 burnt almond pretzels. Later that evening upon checking my points on my app I discovered the cashier took my pretzel points (250 for a free pretzel) applying them to the garlic parmesan pretzel. He intentially added this phantom pretzel to my order, so that I would be unable to use my point's and pay full price instead which I unknowingly did. Completely shady business practices and I will not be purchasing from this location again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The owner is a scammer and a I've had two frustrating experiences at Auntie Anne's where they messed up my coupon system, forcing me to pay out of pocket. The pretzels are overpriced and the price has risen even more. when I confronted to owner about the price raise he lied to my face stating it's always been that price, and the last time I visited I got ten mini nugget pretzels for $7 that were not fresh, with some even burnt. The owner is unprofessional and didn't address my concerns properly. Very disappointing.

I wanted to redeem my coupon for $5 off $20 and the cashier told me not to scan it. Instead she told me to go back to the screen to just earn points, and she scanned that barcode instead. Then she made up this story that I couldn’t use it at that location. The screen facing me showed that coupon with an option to tap the “redeem” button. I tapped it and the manager immediately came over and told her not to let customers touch the screen. The screen facing me is for customers to see and choose what coupons they want to use with an option to press the redeem button THEMSELVES! He then preceded to go back on her screen and tell me that I can’t use it. I told him that the coupon has now been redeemed, but he would not honor it and now it is no longer available. I was ordering for my son and husband and added a pretzel for me just to make the $20 mark, but after that I told them to remove my pretzel. If it was up to me I would have walked off without purchasing anything, but I put my feelings aside for the time being to get my husband’s and son’s food and drinks. The manager was VERY rude and told me to call the 800 number and take it up with someone else. After reading the reviews post purchase, I’ve discovered that the manager is the same Indian man that the others have mentioned. I can’t remember a time when I’ve experienced someone so hateful…. that is until my son reminded me that this is the same location that I vowed never to come back to awhile back. I’m definitely gonna try not to make that mistake again. These people are so shady that they did something on their side of the screen to delete my information because my transaction for this $15 purchase to earn points has not shown up several hours later, and the coupon is back on my account. They also did not give me the receipt so I can’t even add it.

I have been supporting this location for 13 years since I moved to South Charlotte and the owners who also work at the location NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE me as a loyal returning customer, they don’t greet you or care to know their customers! Their customer service seems very intense and unwelcoming. Not a nice way to appreciate the community in which they serve! My family and I have always loved Aunt Anne’s and this is the closest location to me so I return for the pretzels ? not the experience.

My Fiancé and I love this place we’ve never experienced this location so today was a first we went to order our hot dog minis we use the app to gain points and to also redeem them however the cashier was new so she didn’t know what to do so she did as she should and got her manager which is the Indian man he came to the front as we were trying to explain to him that we were trying to redeem our points so that we could getOur pretzels free he cut us off saying that there was no way to do that left the cashier there to try and figure it out then later comes back to the counter tells us that we would have to pay first then use the app which made absolutely no sense but by the time he had came back and said this very rudely my fiancé had already just paid for the pretzels the Indian man continued to yell and be very unprofessional so at this point my fiancé wanted a refund he refunded my husband but threw the receipt across the counter and began to yell that we could just call the 800 number ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I will be calling corporate as well as this post someone needs to get him out of there and get better management in that place the whole experience was absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to my DOG it’s no reason to treat people so nasty !
