There was an African American women who was being disrespectful to her coworkers and the environment was very weird. She messed up my bagel and another worker had to help me and re make my order so it was correct

Location is typically clean. Love the Bagels. There is a lot of room for efficiency here as far as how they process orders. Standing around waiting for the toaster over to finish while multiple orders pending consist of throwing bagels in a bag results in significantly higher wait times and a higher feeling of chaos for employees. I have waited up to 20 mins for 13 plain bagels to be tossed in a bag and handed over the counter. Early mornings are the better time to go- before 7am.

Biggest issue is with hygiene. They all wear gloves, but gloves are no longer useful when you're wiping your nose and not changing gloves. Employees at this location should get into the habit of changing their gloves every order to ensure cleanliness. It can be pretty gross to watch and it's hard to ignore. And no, using your shirt as a tissue doesn’t help keep your gloves clean.

Yesterday I purchased breakfast sandwiches, six bagels, and a tub of light cream cheese. When I opened the cream cheese today, I found visible mold inside the container. Because the seal on the tub is transparent, staff should be checking these products for spoilage before they are sold. Please address this quality-control issue. I lost 5.99 on cream cheese that cannot be eaten.

Nothing to write home about. Not very clean. Toilet in ladies room didn't work. Long wait for simple sandwich.

I tried this place for the first time today. I ordered two bagels, both on everything. One with veggie cream cheese, and one SEC. There was barely any cream cheese on the one bagel, it was basically plain. And the SEC was on the wrong type of bagel I didn’t order. People who ordered after me also got their orders before I got mine. The bagels themselves tasted rubbery and not fresh as well. Was not impressed sadly.

Haven’t been there myself, but people know their food.

Not safe for vegetarians and undercooked.

The last time we got these a year ago, we both got doughy undercooked bagels and we both got sick. But who gets sick from bagels, right? We thought it was just some random illness. Today, we both received under cooked bagels again. And the worst part for me, as a vegetarian, my cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese had BACON all mixed into the cream cheese. Ugh.

I never eat there. But, they deserved these 5 stars for the best coffee and selection of bagles in this area. Keep them coming guys. Oh wait‼️Did I mention how fresh they always are? Check them out. Let me know what you think.✌🏾

This was my first time going there. Got two farmhouse sandwiches. Both missing the most important ingredient, no creem cheese. It was good overall but disappointed a bit

Been ordering from this place for a while. Always get the western through the app. Chris is always there and always super kind and helpful. Been months of great service from him. Please please give him a raise if you can.

Wife and I stopped by before heading home. Anytime we're somewhere new we gotta try 2 types of places. Pizza for me and bagels for her and this has arguably been the best bagel place we've ever tried so far

Great bagels. We got the western breakfast sandwhich on an everything bagel and it was delicious. Hadn't been there in awhile but will definitely go back.

I happened to be waiting on another store to open and came across this place. I enjoyed a simple toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a cup a fresh orange juice. The bagel had a lot of flavor and wasn't dry.
