This was my first time going there. Got two farmhouse sandwiches. Both missing the most important ingredient, no creem cheese. It was good overall but disappointed a bit

Been ordering from this place for a while. Always get the western through the app. Chris is always there and always super kind and helpful. Been months of great service from him. Please please give him a raise if you can.

Wife and I stopped by before heading home. Anytime we're somewhere new we gotta try 2 types of places. Pizza for me and bagels for her and this has arguably been the best bagel place we've ever tried so far

Great bagels. We got the western breakfast sandwhich on an everything bagel and it was delicious. Hadn't been there in awhile but will definitely go back.

I happened to be waiting on another store to open and came across this place. I enjoyed a simple toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a cup a fresh orange juice. The bagel had a lot of flavor and wasn't dry.

I ordered a Leonardo Da Veggie on a plain bagel. I drove to work, got through the morning rush, and then sat down to enjoy my breakfast. A Leonardo Da Veggie includes fresh veggies, cheese, and cream cheese. What did I get? Fresh veggies and cheese. No cream cheese! I drove back to Brueggers and asked for a new sandwhich. I said, 3 TIMES mind you, I wanted a Leonard Da Veggie on a PLAIN bagel. You'll recall I asked for a plain bagel on my first trip. I drove back to work and found that I got a Leonardo Da Veggie on an asiago bagel. An asiago bagel!!!! It was during my 2nd trip the manager said "people make mistakes." Guess who made my 2nd bagel? Yep, you guessed it, the manager. SMH. Come on! Do better! Its just a sandwich.

The team today was incredibly helpful, but that has been my expectation at this location. Offered freezer bags with my order: Very thoughtful!

The atmosphere is a sandwich shop, how much atmosphere are you expecting? lol

Kid-friendliness: Our boys love these bagels and they are as close to NY bagels vs convenience here in Charlotte.

They are not HUGE bagels which is great for our kids and us too.

Stop by today 10 minutes before their close up and they still had fresh bagels and coffee, saying this bc some places don’t. My hazelnut coffee was great so as my wheat bagel with salmon and cream cheese.
Will be coming back!
