I have given this restaurant so many chances and they are consistently mediocre does anyone inside that building work to please customers and deliver food thats not cold or old????? Close this sad restaurant everyone deserves a stable job but this is clearly not an establishment that serves food with integrity.

I don't care to write reviews but the 3 times I've given this place a shot as it's the only BK mildly close they've managed to make each time worse than the last. Long wait times, incorrect orders or missing items in your order. Go literally anywhere else

Used Drive-thru and order was completely wrong, received Whopper & fries, I've never ordered a Whopper - I don't eat onions. Instead of going back, I scraped everything off and ate it, so didn't give them opportunity to make it up to me.

Great for lunch but man they need to pay more attention at breakfast. I ordered a bacon croissan'wich and got an egg and cheese one instead. They weren't busy either so no excuse there.

We arrived at Burger King around 2:00 PM and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. After finally getting our food and driving off, we realized they had forgotten our 12-count spicy chicken fries. My fiancé went back inside to let them know that we had just come through the drive-thru and were missing our spicy chicken fries meal. He was told they needed to make the chicken fries, even though they should have already been prepared since we had just been in the drive-thru moments earlier.
At this point, I was furious. My fiancé ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare our meal. While waiting in the parking lot, I tried calling the Burger King to speak with the manager. When they answered, they rudely yelled, "CALL BACK AFTER 3!" and hung up. Frustrated, I walked inside to explain that we were just in the drive-thru and they had forgotten our 12-count spicy chicken fries. Once again, I was told, "Oh, we have to make those." Seriously?!
When we finally received our chicken fries, they only gave us 6, and they were cold. In fact, all of our food was cold and disgusting. We spent about $28, only to end up completely disappointed.
