Went on Jan 10th, Must of had a GM in the building or something because it was the best BK experience I’ve ever had! Food was super quick and it was excellent! Everyone was also super polite and upbeat!

No consideration for FOOD SAFETY. Today We pulled up to the delivery window #2 get a soda. The manager on duty was cleaning the drive thru windows by spraying some cleaner and wiping it without using gloves. He then proceeded to fill our drink and lid without using any gloves or cleaning his hands. When I asked him why he is not wearing gloves before touching food, he tried to lie saying the drink was made by someone else. But moments before that I saw him fill my drink. When I said I saw him fill my drink he went silent. I asked for the manager. But since he was the manager I had no one else to raise the issue. This location is least bothered about Food Safety. Beware!!

I'd quit eating at all Burger Kings since they started pre-cooking the patties. I loved the whoppers hot...not barely warm. But had no choice one evening, it was late, before getting on tge interstate. It was fresh and hot, couldn't believe. Two more times the same. Tried Southpark and gastonia locations, but had to carry them back and get a hot one made. But this location in Pineville kept with the hot, fresh burgers, so I stopped every time I week before heading to gastonia. Was getting ready to leave a 5 star review til the 7th visit. Back to the pre-cooked, barely warm patties. Tried the 4 more times and gave up. Can't stand pre-cooked patties. Burgers need to be hot. Never eat at Burger King again.
