I got dinner here tonight and the food was hot & really good! But the service was great, the young lady working the counter was sweet & the food was fast!

Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

The lady at the register was a bit rude. She was on her phone on the ear piece when we walked up. We waited patiently for her to end her phone call. Then she decides to rush us and make a face because she misunderstood my order.

We decided to just away and head to another merchant. Maybe it was just a rough evening. A little training may be helpful though.

Everything about this place was awful , they were so so rude , would not recommend going here , they left my food sitting out & treated me like garbage.

If you are looking for the fastest way to ruin your day, this is the place. The cheesesteaks were so bad we could not keep them down and ended up sick right after. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This was hands down one of the worst food experiences we have ever had.

Lady said my wife didn’t pay for an extra order so my wife had to be discriminated against in front of a bunch of people
then I asked for a refund because my one -year-old and four-year-old were getting restless and they said we will remake it and wouldn’t give me my refund and I had to wait until after a bunch of other people were finished, which is unprofessional since I paid way before them and they didn’t properly make my order .

Ordered large cheese steak and large ultimate fries. Both we're standard size and poorly prepared. This location has hit rock bottom in my opinion.

Customer service here is horrible. The old black lady that work in the front is very nonchalant, dry and doesn’t even greet you. She looks like she doesn’t even wanna work here. While I’m asking her questions regarding the food, she’s short wording me. A typical old black woman. I will not come here again. I tried to do my reward points but she told me no being that I didn’t scan my code prior to purchasing my food but had she told me about the rewards had she greeted me then I would’ve known that. 0 stars!! What the points of rewards if you’re not gonna tell customers about it??
