They are a SCAM!!! Placed a payment for catering and they stopped all communication there after! Stay away at all cost

Never received my order. Called no answer. Waited 4 hrs after placing door dash order . I suggest dine in only. UPDATE : Yes it appears doordash had your company open on Monday and I requested a refund for not receiving the order. It did not indicate you were closed that day. Thank you for clarifying.

There was a time where we couldn't get enough of Chef's Kitchen. The quality of the food was on point and was expected given the price point. Not sure what has happened within the last year but the food quality has gone down dramatically. At first we thought it may have been an off night here or there but its become consistently worse. The Ribeye (Garlic Butter) was not a Ribeye for one, it was more like a flank steak. It was completely overcooked, probably not hard to do as thin as it was. The mashed potatoes that accompanied it was salty to the point of being inedible. The Salmon New Orleans used to be my favorite, mostly because of that cream sauce. These days its less cream and more watered down. The portion was incredibly small. I literally could get a salmon filet at 3x the size for $10 less at longhorns and would likely taste better as well. Hate to say it because we would love to continue to support this black owned business, however it has simply become a waste of money.

Went with a party of 10, most of us with experience in the restaurant industry and I never complain because I am very understanding but to start, each meal came out individually 20 minutes apart from one another, meals were finished before some of us even got our meals yet. The service is terrible - I had to get up to ask for drinks and the 60 dollar steaks that were ordered were the wrong temps. After expressing that we had been there two hours and some of us were still waiting for our meals to eat with the rest of our party, little to no concern was expressed by the owner. We were approached with attitude and it’s a shame because the food was good, service was awful though I do not recommend if you want to enjoy your dining experience. Even after we spoke to the part-owner she didn’t offer to do anything for us, eventually after talking to her back and forth she took off not even half the price of only two meals at the table. We saw that it’s 20% grat on all meals, however after we all practically ate alone and had to get our own drinks we felt we shouldn’t have to pay that and she was able to take the grat off. Overall that was all that she did and being a part of the restaurant industry for years I was very disappointed being “fine dining”.

Just finished eating there. We had reservations at 8:15 and didn’t eat until 9:45. As a server I understand understaffing but there was only two tables there. The service was awful. We all got our meals 20-30 min apart. Then two meals came out incorrect. The waitress couldn’t have cared less and never checked on our table. We had to serve ourself water from the serving station and walk up to her to get cokes. Some of us were done eating before others even got their plate. Never once did they apologize for the horrible service after we kindly voiced it multiple times if anything we were met with attitudes. Then they still charged everyone but 2 people full price plus 20% tip. As a server I understand but our server did not come to our table at all except to take our order which she messed up. We weren’t looking for free meals but also don’t think we should be paying $100 tabs for awful service. Also we spoke to the “part owner” and she did not care either, only changed things on the bill after we said something multiple times.

We had reservations for Christmas Eve but our GPS put us out on the street near the mall. We called the restaurant multiple times, including before we left our house, for specific directions, but only got voicemail. We left messages to call us back, but no one did. After calling every five minutes from 6:30 to 7:30, we gave up and went somewhere else. The next day I was charged $120.00 for not showing up. I called the following Monday to discuss the charge and gee, I got voicemail again. I left a message to call me. No phone call yet after four days. I will stay with Del Friscos and Stead 48 where they have excellent service.

Just received a long dissertation from the restaurant, bla bla bla about how wee did everything wrong. Gee they responded quickly once a bad review came in. We used Google and the GPS in our car and neither showed their location. The whole thing would not have happened if THEY JUST ANSWERED THEIR PHONE !!!!!! They blamed everything else except themselves for not ANSWERING THEIR PHONE OR CALLING US BACK. Terrible communication.

Absolutely amazing food, service and ambiance! My family and I had a reservation for 14 people and nothing fell short of amazing! Our waitress Candace was so attentive and knowledgeable. Our experience here was soooooooo good!

Bday dinner. Food was excellent! Perfectly seasoned! Had the crab stuffed flounder. Parmesean risotto was perfect! Service was exceptional. Ambiance was grown and sexy but simple and romantic. Will definitely be back again! Glad to find this spot!

Was not a fan I dont mind paying high prices for food but when you pay $120 bucks for a 32oz steak that come out looking maybe 12 or 16oz way over cooked it's just not what you expect from a place and we could have sent it back but it had already took us an hr and a half to get food at this point. The service was great just slow maybe just the wrong night but I dont think we will be returning

The customer service sucks. Especially for people trying to take out food, the guy who picked the phone up sounded very low in tone and seem lost, I simply asked “Can I place an order for pick up?”, I’m assuming he was going to say yes and could pay over the phone but he said “no” deliveries only. I then asked okay I’ll go there physically and buy the food then. He said delivery only. Smh

Have eaten here many times, and food is delicious, but I have ordered twice off of doordash and have not received the food. When trying to get a refund from doordash, I was informed that this restaurant delivers its own food. Tried to call, but there was no answer!
