Today July 30 I ordered 3 chicken 🐔 sandwiches they were stringy and there wasn't a lot of meat had no flavor this the worst experience I have ever had before over 6 bucks for each sandwich and I didn't get the best and I redeemed a free tea still got charged for it yeah a total ripoff 6.79 a sandwich for that chicken sandwich thing hardly any meat and stringy ripped off

Always the slowest and least professional chick fil A’s I’ve ever been to. Menus outside don’t work, there isn’t a line for mobile thru orders and employees are always goofing off and not working hard. Definitely not the way I’ve seen other chick fil A’s function.
Manager Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that my order was fixed. I really appreciated the great customer service.

They need supervision The food was cold and the chicken strip 4-Piece meal was so full of grease and oil it was inedible I have always been a fan of this establishment everywhere I travel This location is in a fabulous Mall in Pineville North Carolina In the middle of lunch break when every other kiosk is packed, very few people are standing in line here. I thought that odd, until I got my meal. Disappointed but hopeful someone will turn things around there

I went to order food for my family and was told by the employee that they were closed EARLIER than they were supposed to. When I walked away they magically were serving other customers and when confronted “oh I just work here”. Spend your money elsewhere.
