Please send someone from corporate management to fix this location. They need supervision The food was cold and the chicken strip 4-Piece meal was so full of grease and oil it was inedible I have always been a fan of this establishment everywhere I travel This location is in a fabulous Mall in Pineville North Carolina In the middle of lunch break when every other kiosk is packed, very few people are standing in line here. I thought that odd, until I got my meal. Disappointed but hopeful someone will turn things around there

I went to order food for my family and was told by the employee that they were closed EARLIER than they were supposed to. When I walked away they magically were serving other customers and when confronted “oh I just work here”. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered through door dash and my food was stolen by the driver… finally got a driver to talk to someone in the restaurant after THREE drivers dropped it.. said my order was picked up 40 minutes ago (after waiting almost an hour) and the restaurant refused to remake my order. Poor mamangement poor service.

Hearded ordered $44 worth of lunch nuggets, drinks, grilled chicken sandwiches, etc. This has never happened before with me but the bun. As soon as you pick it up to eat, the grilled chicken sandwich starts falling into pieces so you're left holding chicken and tomato in your hand. This is totally unacceptable. You need to find a different vendor for your buns. These buns are terrible.
I had no choice but to give 1 star. There should be an option to give "0" star. To me quality matters the most and same with should be with others I think. Found a bug in the chicken strip box. My son ate half of the chicken and then found a bug under the last strip. This is definitely unhygienic. I am not asking people to stop going there but just be cautious. I was offered a refund but who cares for refund when my son ate unhygienic food. I have pictures and can send to anyone who needs it.

Beware of food poisoning. We just ate there and my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich, 5/27 and about an hour later my she was buckled over in the mall bathroom throwing up with sever abdominal cramps. Had to rush home... Not going there again.

Food came out fast and service was great but the food wasn't up to the usual chic fila standard. The cheese on both of our sandwiches wasn't even melted, our fries were overly cooked and hard and the Nuggets weren't cooked thoroughly..now I understand we came right before closing but we should get the same service as everyone else.
