Stopped in for something simple to eat while I waited for glasses to be made. All 3 employees at the front had zero communication skills. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla. They piled almost 4 giant handfuls of cheese on top of one small handful of chicken directly in the center, folded it in half and proceeded to use their body weight to attempt to flatten it out. I asked for them to spread the contents of the quesadilla out to the edges a bit, and they looked confused and decided the best course of action was to keep squishing it(instead of asking for clarification). I attempted to clarify anyways and got nowhere. Then they grilled it and used the grill to continue that process. I got my food, opened the quesadilla to spread the contents myself, and found half of the cheese was still unmelted. ??♂️**Update** half of it was cold.

The service was A1 and this is the first time I’ve been to a chipotle and the food was fresh and not over or undercooked. The rice is cooked perfect and that’s always an issue when you go to other chips. I told the guy on the line I wanted extra rice and he didn’t just add a quarter scoop, he added more and I didn’t even have to ask.

I went on my lunch break. There was one person in front of me in line. The girl waited on him very slowly. Then she completely ignored me and proceeded to fill online orders. After waiting a few minutes of just standing there I went to Chick-fil-A where I was served with a smile. Your workers aren't happy about working there.

The food is really good, but the young workers aren’t very enthusiastic or friendly. I work in the mall and go to this Chipotle for lunch sometimes, while the wait time is decent, the workers give me the impression that I’m an inconvenience. They don’t even try to act nice or even give a proper greeting. I’m very easygoing on food workers, so this makes me believe the young workers don’t take their jobs seriously.
