i asked for extra icing and they gave me this not even a full cup. Plus the fact of the matter is there’s no icing on the cinnamon roll at that. Would not recommend i have been to so many different ones that have been so much better.

This is my second time coming to this location the first time the girls there were rude. The young lady on the smoothies was rude talking to a boy and getting short with me. And today was a young man stopped taking my order to talk to a girl. My coworker said he was in the phone taking her order. Let’s get some professional adults working.

Cinnabon will always taste great so my review is based on customer service.
After a young gentleman made a mistake on my payment an employee by the name of Danielle stepped in. Patient, professional and resolution forward is all i can say! She assisted in fixing the issue and her positive demeanor was conducive to correcting the situation with satisfaction.
She's the type of employee all employers look for! Top tier customer service

My Cinnabon was still gummy in the middle only the outside edge was edible very disappointing for 7 dollar when they use to be 4 not worth but no more wasted all my Cinnabon

2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon I walked up with my kids. There were two visible employees but neither acknowledged us. We finally asked if anyone was able to help us and one girl pointed to the other and said she will when she’s done. The other girl finally piped up and told us we could go to the other register and she would help us when she was done what she was doing. Both had snotty attitudes so we left and got ice cream instead.

Reading the other reviews now this makes sense. The cashier on 11/10 at 4:40pm was so disrespectful and unprofessional speaking over me as I was trying to tell her we had just gotten skipped in line as we did waited a long time. She was so loud in front of my 3YR old to the point my daughter asked why this ppl at this place was being so mean. They need a whole new management team ASAP she said she was the manager (very difficult to believe) with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am typing this review literally shaking. Ignorant ppl are always the loudest.

Extremely rude. Employees act as if they do not want to be there and that you are an inconvenience. When they do speak to you, it can be perceived as confrontational. I'll find another to frequent.

For the first time in my life I encountered such a terrible service.
They didn't explain anything about the prices and the menu, they said that it was my fault.
I will never return to this location!!

I hope the management will talk to the staff, otherwise the woman working for them and not knowing how to talk to people will scare away all their customers

Rolls were disappointing. They were dry, not fresh. Very expensive. Had to add cinnamon and frosting at home to make them edible. What happened to Cinnabon?

First, I need to touch on service. The young man running the register was EVERYTHING that you want in your front of house today (02/21/2024). Welcoming, kind, and professional. He spoke to my kids with respect (neurodivergent kids RARELY get this treatment), and was amazing. Seriously, give dude a raise.Second, food was fresh and wonderful. Very, very nice. Perfect snack for a long trip home. All of our food was fresh and delicious!

The WORST location! There is 1 employee and a manager.They charged me for 6 separate cinnamon rolls. When it was a 6 pack. So I left and went to South Park mall. South Park mall did a 6 pack. Also, the one at Carolina Place said "oh, corporate is making us do this."

Bought there pack of Cinnabon, which I was told was made that morning only to over hear them say how they prepare the packs with day old product after they close. I wish they wouldn't lie. But my real issue is finding mutplie fruit flies dead and alive in my pack after I opened it up at home. I contacted the store and was told they know they have a fruit fly problem and hung up on me with no apology or offering of a refund. I will never eat there or at any Cinnabon. I found out they do not get health inspections after I contacted the health department.
