They don’t know how even close the cup

The sale associate didn’t speak because he had a mouth full of food and not only that he was on his phone! Wednesday before Christmas out shopping with grandkids and this was our first BAD customer service.

Came here for $1 Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls 1pm-4pm on 10/4/25. The manager who was going to taking my order refuse to give me the cinnabon cinnamon roll for $1 and the timer was set up to 4:30pm she didn't even attempt to scan the coupon and said the register will not read it. I told her as soon as I left I will report her to corporate with the not so good customer service she provided to me because I was frustrated. Mind you I can't drive and I don't have a car riding public transportation takes time and it isn't easy since Charlotte malls are spread out!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Cinnabon today due to one of the workers’ rude behavior. When I asked a simple question about the rewards program, the employee brushed me off and said he didn’t know, then impatiently asked “what I wanted” in a very dismissive tone. I noticed he treated the customer after me the same way, telling them “huh” and to “speak up,” which left the customer looking embarrassed and belittled. Strangely, when the next customer (a woman) ordered, he was suddenly polite, kind, and even wished her a nice day.
To make matters worse, even after I had placed my order, I ended up waiting much longer than everyone else. While other customers who ordered after me got their food, I was still standing there waiting. The same worker eventually came back and tried to take my order again, even though I had already ordered, which showed he wasn’t paying attention at all.
Overall, the service felt unprofessional and inconsistent, and it left me with a very negative impression. Cinnabon usually provides great treats and friendly service, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing.
i asked for extra icing and they gave me this not even a full cup. Plus the fact of the matter is there’s no icing on the cinnamon roll at that. Would not recommend i have been to so many different ones that have been so much better.

This is my second time coming to this location the first time the girls there were rude. The young lady on the smoothies was rude talking to a boy and getting short with me. And today was a young man stopped taking my order to talk to a girl. My coworker said he was in the phone taking her order. Let’s get some professional adults working.

After a young gentleman made a mistake on my payment an employee by the name of Danielle stepped in. Patient, professional and resolution forward is all i can say! She assisted in fixing the issue and her positive demeanor was conducive to correcting the situation with satisfaction.
She's the type of employee all employers look for! Top tier customer service

My Cinnabon was still gummy in the middle only the outside edge was edible very disappointing for 7 dollar when they use to be 4 not worth but no more wasted all my Cinnabon

2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon I walked up with my kids. There were two visible employees but neither acknowledged us. We finally asked if anyone was able to help us and one girl pointed to the other and said she will when she’s done. The other girl finally piped up and told us we could go to the other register and she would help us when she was done what she was doing. Both had snotty attitudes so we left and got ice cream instead.

Reading the other reviews now this makes sense. The cashier on 11/10 at 4:40pm was so disrespectful and unprofessional speaking over me as I was trying to tell her we had just gotten skipped in line as we did waited a long time. She was so loud in front of my 3YR old to the point my daughter asked why this ppl at this place was being so mean. They need a whole new management team ASAP she said she was the manager (very difficult to believe) with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am typing this review literally shaking. Ignorant ppl are always the loudest.

Extremely rude. Employees act as if they do not want to be there and that you are an inconvenience. When they do speak to you, it can be perceived as confrontational. I'll find another to frequent.

They didn't explain anything about the prices and the menu, they said that it was my fault.
I will never return to this location!!
I hope the management will talk to the staff, otherwise the woman working for them and not knowing how to talk to people will scare away all their customers

First, I need to touch on service. The young man running the register was EVERYTHING that you want in your front of house today (02/21/2024). Welcoming, kind, and professional. He spoke to my kids with respect (neurodivergent kids RARELY get this treatment), and was amazing. Seriously, give dude a raise.Second, food was fresh and wonderful. Very, very nice. Perfect snack for a long trip home. All of our food was fresh and delicious!
