Dave & Buster's Pineville

Fun place to take our grandson for the video games and the prizes for a birthday treat. Can't wait to go back when they have the remodel all done.

Tori was amazing manager with excellent customer service and the food was on time and excellent. She help me download the app and get the power cards for my kids.

First time at this D&B. Didn't eat there (too expensive )but played a few games. The place is still being renovated, a few of the games aren't working properly and you have to keep calling on staff to fix something. Not a great experience.

My food was wrong, could not get refills on drinks after asking multiple times. Sat at a table with signage all around it that made it difficult to even access the table. They did not bring napkins or silverware. We were having a wonderful evening until we went to Dave and Busters.

Service was terrible. Food did not come out prepared as it should. Just in case you order wings with a dry rub. I ordered chicken wings with a dry rub and the rub came out in a condiment cup instead of wings being tossed in rub. Will definitely think twice before coming back to this particular location. There is no local Dave and Busters where I live. I was excited to try it out. Definitely VERY disappointed.

I took my children here over the weekend to have a nice family dinner and a decent little restaurant and be able to play games. Of course. The gaming aspect was great. Most of the games were working. You know very clean. However, upon trying to get over and get myself a table to eat, I had the very serious, unfortunate experience with the hostess. Short women with red hair was the hostess that evening. After being seated at the table, it took over 25 minutes to even have a waitress come to the table. It made my dining experience there so unpleasant we decided not to even stay for dinner. If you're attending this Dave& Buster's, do yourself a favor and go eat at the mall. Don't waste your time with bad attitudes and bad service.

5 stars would include more games for the younger kids and better prize choices. We spent a lot of money on chips and couldn’t even get candy for the kids.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love to play games at Dave and Busters and I love to go without the kids, too.

I had my son’s 10th birthday out here yesterday, for almost $400 bucks it was NOT worth it. You don’t get unlimited food just unlimited drinks so we got the food and it got cold and I feel like the birthday person should’ve got unlimited game play. It was a waste of my money. Never again. Jim the manager was nice there.
