The server/ bartender at the bar, is just on a whole different level of ignorant and rude, I placed my order for dinner and even pointed at the big picture on the menu of the chicken Parmesan, of which she replied "she doesn't know what that is" i told her "chicken Parmesan" she still got it wrong as the incorrect dish came out, she then proceeds to argue with me I ordered the wrong dish, just got up and left while she was still arguing.

Do not go… I repeat do not go! My husband and I went for a silly evening of playing games and have a few appetizers to split. We have the worst food poisoning! I am pregnant so this is especially scary. Don’t go to this location epic fail.

More than meets The eye
Wow. Holy ear plugs, Batman!I met three friends for dinner and some play time. I asked that we be seated in an area far from the arcade floor. I was told that section was closed. Instead we were seated RIGHT NEXT TO the arcade floor.It was nearly 25 minutes until we were seated there. Meanwhile, other parties were seated in the quiet area I had requested!Once seated it was nearly ten minutes before a server came to take our drink order. Nearly 10 minutes until he returned with them! We placed our food order at that time. An agonizing 20 minutes went by. You could barely hear each other over the din of the arcade floor. Had we been seated where I requested that would not have been a problem! Other parties were getting seated in that area which was so frustrating! I asked if we could be moved there and was told no, that it was too crowded. Really?!The saga continued.The food arrived. It was vile. The pretzel sticks were greasy and underdone and doughy. The spicy queso had been spilled across two of them, soaking them further. I ordered the strawberry shortcake. It was inedible. The syrup had been poured with a heavy hand and the cake portion was just mush as a result. The cake was garnished with fresh strawberry slices. They were inedible because they weren’t even close to ripe - they were white and had a hard core that even a fork couldn’t cut through. The mint leaves were old and slimy! The waiter had said it was his favorite food and I ordered upon his glowing review of it. I tried to like it, I really did, instead I sent it back and even he was shocked by the berries and the mint.Wait - there’s more!We weren’t through with our food, made it clear that we were coming right back to the table. A busier cleared our table! The hostess seated another party at our table. We waited 30 more minutes for a table. Our replacement drinks took another ten minutes! My brave friends ordered the wings. Another twenty minutes! Our drinks needed refilling, we waited for the waiter for nearly ten more minutes. Its was all just a clusterfck!! By then my friends had finished their wings and we were ready for the check. You guessed it - another ten minutes until our server - having been flagged down - brought the check. The manager apologized for all of the problems and took 30$ off our final bill. It was too late, the damage was done. We will never go again. What should have been a pleasant dinner and arcade time turned into a debacle. It wasn’t even a busy night! It was a Wednesday. I joked that Chuck E. Cheese would’ve been better - at least you’d know the food would’ve been terrible.Dietary restrictions: Oh, just give up! There was one vegetarian option, one vegan option and one gluten free option.Parking: Given its next to the Carolina Place Mall, there was no up-close parking bc you were competing with mall goers. We went on a non peak day at an off peak hour and it was many multiple of rows away anyway.Wheelchair accessibility: The layout is not at all wheelchair friendly. Most of the games could not accommodate needing a chair to be close to any games. The aisles between games aren’t conducive to the size of even a basic wheelchair. The heights of games are also prohibitive to wheelchair accessibility.

Good old D&B. Came here on a Thursday and the deals are great. 4 stars because a handful of machines were down, but the staff was very helpful in letting us play some different games when a machine took the credits and didn’t work. ?️?
The magic tricks of Dave & Buster's include: *You can keep your card and use it at any of their locations; and they have a LOT of locations. *You can save your "card" to the mobile app; that way if you forget your card you can get another one for $3 and transfer all your points so you aren't kicking yourself for forgetting your card! *Half-Price Wednesdays is the best and I hope they never get rid of that perk!This visit I brought a laptop and did my own thing while the rest of the family played the games. It was actually hard to find a plug--the bar stools at the bar had plugs but I just wanted to tuck away more privately in a booth. In the end I had to sit in the only table right next to the end where there was an open outlet with one of their machines plugged into it.

We had a youth banquet event here for our hockey teams and it was great service, very positive staff, and very accomodating. The event room was perfect and we were able to have a successful banquet where the players and parents had a lot of fun.
