I would have given this place another star had it not been for the older gentleman's attitude. We found a HAIR IN MY GRANDDAUGHTERS ICE CREAM!! When we took it back. The older gentleman grabbedbthe cup from my son with an attitude and just said "what do you want" with an attitude and threw the cup with the hair in the trash. What a nasty way to act with customers. I asked about them accepting cards because they had a sign saying no apple pay and no bills larger than $20, plus a young kid in front of us left with a free ice cream so we did not know if their machine was down. This gentleman's attitude was unacceptable.
I went a few weeks ago; it had a sign saying they’d be back in a moment. The older man working came back pushing a shopping cart with bags of dipping dots. He proceeded to place the ice cream in the freezer; he touched the trash can to move it out his way. No gloves, no mask; he then asked me what I wanted. I gave my order, and he grabbed a cup and started to stick his hand in the freezer to provide me with ice cream. I quickly stopped him and asked if he could use hand sanitizer because he’d been touching a shopping cart and a trash can, and his response was, “I would if I had sanitizer” I don’t think it’s wise to have someone serving people and they aren’t wearing gloves and not washing or sanitizing their hands. Sorry to say I won’t return while he’s working.

The lightskin guy that works there is cute
We tried the dots sundae we saw at carowinds thinking it would be the same! We were dead wrong! Guy that is always there had somewhat of an attitude over toppings! Now I know why we go to carowinds for dots NOT the mall! Very disappointed!
The gentleman serving the ice cream was friendly and offered us extra spoons before I could ask. The dots were super cold! Watch out for tongue freeze!
Always love stopping here for a special treat with my Daughters! Best ice cream! Love Dippin Dots!

my daughter wanted dippin dots her sleepover. I called and was advised on what to bring, the rep assisted me with packing and refused a tip. I let corporate know just how resourceful he was and how delighted my daughter was with the outcome
My family and I were leaving the mall at 5:57 pm on a Sunday. My 3 year old son was on his best behavior so we decided to stop and get him a treat. As we walked up, the young lady says "we're closed.." My son starts to cry. My wife then asked "can we at least get a small sample?" She responds "no... sorry". As we walked away, my wife starts to scramble in her purse to find a treat. I then noticed another couple come right behind us. I hear the gentleman ask if the young lady could take one more order. The young lady asks "are you paying cash or credit?" The gentleman says "cash" and the young lady proceeds to take their order. The gentleman sees me staring and the young lady turns around, shocked to see that we viewed the whole incident... She actually tried to wave us over, but by that time, we weren't interested in the pity service. I guess my family wasn't fortunate enough to get the service the other couple received. Walking back to the car, my 3 year old says "Daddy, that's not fair" I responded and told "sometimes life isn't fair" Thanks for the life lesson dippin dots...
Very goood...
