Firehouse Subs Pineville

This location used to be great! Now, can’t get the order correct to save their lives. At this point I’m no longer willing to risk paying money for nothing with them.

Pineville, NC location never listens to what is asked of them by the customer. They prepare the customer's sandwich as if they're eating it themselves. The bread is always hard, not fresh. The best location is Tega Cay, NC.

INCORRECT HOURS!!!! I am still owed a refund for an order I never received, and this location has been impossible to get in contact with.

I placed a mobile order after confirming the restaurant was open—both the Firehouse Subs app and Google listed the store as opening at 9:00 AM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the restaurant was closed, with lights off and doors locked. The hours posted on the door show the store actually opens at 10:00 AM, creating a clear discrepancy from what was listed online.

Because I had a flight to catch, I had no choice but to leave, without food and with money already taken out of my account.

I contacted Firehouse Subs customer support and was told that the refund must be issued by the restaurant directly. However, this location does not answer the phone, and I live out of state, so returning in person is not an option.

It’s unacceptable that I have to jump through hoops to get my money back, all because this franchise location failed to list accurate hours. At this point, I feel robbed. I will be escalating this matter to corporate leadership and sharing my experience publicly until this issue is properly resolved.

My lady and I walked into this establishment Dec.20th on a Saturday night close to 8pm. It was empty at the time and this would be our first experience with Firehouse . I didn't know what to expect but the commercials finally drove us there. The guy at the counter was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. The subs were ridiculously good! It's all my lady and I could talk about as we dined. No disrespect, but it made me want to go throw eggs at the windows of Subway and Jersey Mike's...lol.

I had an amazing experience at this Firehouse today. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and they provided great customer service along with excellent food. I’m new to the area, and this was my first time here, but I will definitely be back.

Angel did a great job with his customer service and him and Tyla had fast service time.

Really Quite but very friendly. I'm a regular here. They already know what I wants and they get a tip always. Why? Because they make this place feel very comfortable & Welcomed.

It'd be nice if the orders were ready on time. The store wasn't even busy It would also be nice if they were made correctly. It too would also be great if my hot sandwich or toasted whatever you want to call it was at least lukewarm and I was standing there as it was finished being made. Although I immediately drove it home 8 minutes away it's always still warm when I get home but this time it was as if it wasn't even toasted or warmed. Come on guys do better
