Firehouse Subs exceeds expectations! Juicy meats, crispy veggies, and toasted bread. Call me old-fashioned, but I love the Italian subs! Friendly staff, quick service, and clean environment. Generous portions and affordable prices. 5/5 stars! Firehouse Subs is my go-to sandwich spot!

I ordered a large sub to go and received a medium, also ordered "hot" and received cold. It's a dirty location, floor could use a good cleaning since trash is everywhere. DO BETTER!

Angel made my sandwich with Love and care, she actually put extra cheese as requested. This location is convenient because the area offers a variety of whatever you may be seeking. Besides cleanliness of the store, the customer service was top notch. Thank you

Which I didn't realize until I was home and I wasn't going back out since it was late already.

Third time and first time leaving review
Third time ordering the New York Steamer .

It was made incorrectly. It should be, according to the menu. Corned Beef, Pastrami with French Dressing.
For the third time we got only corned beef with mayonnaise. Does anyone know how nasty this is.

I'll have to make sure to leave a detailed review online so that others are aware of the poor service and lack of attention to detail at Firehouse Subs. It's important for businesses to understand the impact of their mistakes on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Hopefully, they can improve their processes and training so that this doesn't happen to other customers in the future. In the meantime, I'll be on the lookout for a new favorite sandwich spot that values their customers' preferences and gets orders right the first time.

We catered with this location, and Angel the store manager made the experience WONDERFUL. They delivered and made sure everything was perfectly accurate before leaving. 10/10 would recommend.
