“We ordered 25 subs and asked for them to be numbered or labeled by name. You’d think that’s basic common sense, but apparently it was rocket science here. The tall manager acted like we were bothering her, even though the place was empty. And the girl making the sandwiches looked completely lost—like she forgot she actually works at a sub shop. How do you not recognize the sandwiches you make every single day? Absolute disaster.”

Stopped by to pick up my order and found the subs weren’t even labeled. When I asked for help, the response I got was, “we’re too busy to help”—despite three employees standing behind the counter. Completely dismissive, zero effort to assist, and a total lack of basic customer service. If you can’t be bothered to help your own customers, why even take orders? Absolutely unacceptable. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Went to firehouse today and had to wait about 15 min just to place our order. A worker told us it would be a long wait because they were backed up and we said that was fine. When we finally did place our order it was wrong. When we asked the cashier about fixing it she turned her back to us and didn’t offer to add the missing items. I was fine to pay for them but she wouldn’t ring us up a 2nd time. She then proceeded to mumble and Cus under her breath about us not ordering what we claimed. I was shocked as we had been extremely patient with the wait and weren’t even upset about the mistake. We were willing to reorder. We were inside the restaurant for at least 50 minutes before we even received our food and we decided to take it to go because of the rudeness we encountered. We will not be back to this location which is sad as my kids love coming here.

It’s not hard to make a good sandwich, but for these people it is.
Sub solid but service is lacking. I've been coming to Firehouse over the years. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to make a sub and it's empty. With the understanding that there may be few online orders.

Ordered today from the Firehouse app for my staff who didnt have time to go out of the office for lunch. It was for 5 people, we received 4 sandwiches and we were missing a drink. When we called we were informed that the regional manager Amanda Barnes was there and packed our bag. The bag was sealed therefore was not tampered with which means the manager made a mistake, but she didn't offer anything to help, no refund, no offering to bring the missing items, she just offered an attitude and told us to call corporate. Absolutely horrible customer service. We have gone to this firehouse for years and have had great customer service. Disappointed that a manger, a REGIONAL MANAGER would be that rude. I guess we will not be coming back to FireHouse

This place sucks, incompetent workers with attitude should be the new name.
I wanted to thank an employee named Kaden there. I’ve visited this location 2-3 times in the past two weeks and he is always upbeat, super friendly, polite and professional. He has exceptional customer service and always has a great attitude. He is super helpful and informative. I’ve tried to leave him a review from the information off my receipt but it kept giving me an error. I hope that management recognizes his hard work and dedication and keeps him around.
