Single handedly the worst boba / bubble tea I’ve ever had. Both teas tasted like straight water.

Wanted to order at the cash register since the kiosk doesn’t allow you to select what kind of boba you want and I had a question. Stops at the register that clearly has a card reader on it so it takes orders and the lady proceeded to make drinks and make eye contact with me multiple times. I waited as I knew she was busy making previous orders but after over 5 mins and 4+ drinks made she said nothing to me. So then asked her if I can place an order and she said kiosk only. Which I don’t buy and even so put a sign up or could have said something. I just left because I don’t want to give my money to people who can’t provide basic service. Rude.

Are the people working here being held hostage? The croffles are SO good but the customer service is so bad it makes me not want to go. Every time I walk up to the register the employees act like they’re annoyed that I’m there and it’s extremely uncomfortable. It’s genuinely confusing how bad the service is.
Great staff! It was my first time ordering here and the staff was very kind and helpful when explaining what was on their menu! They recommend the honey butter croffle and I’m glad I listened because it was a good five stars all around will be coming back here!

Two stars for the strawberry croffle not hot but tasty. I have to give ZERO stars for the warm nasty bubble gum flavored "Mango" tea and lackluster service. It is made from a powder and not mango flavored at all. The Thai tea, also made from powder in front of you and off flavor.
The customer service is lacking. Three people working on a Saturday evening and they all looked lost. There was only one family in line and all 3 workers huddled around just staring at them waiting for them to make up their mind. One of the employees could have easily gotten our order started. Then they act like they don't know how to greet you.
Management: Alley 51 has plenty of other stalls, train your staff better because competition is not far away.

Omg! Sooo good! Had never heard of a croffle before. But after trying the honey butter croffle today at Peter’s suggestion (he was also great btw), I will definitely be a returning customer!

These waffles were SO good. I was originally disappointed that they weren't hot but with all the whipped cream and syrup and toppings, it makes sense that they had to be served cold. They were absolutely delicious. Crisp on the outside but soft and flaky like a croissant... Unbelievable. And the whipped cream was so delicious too. We got the cinnamon crunch and the biscoff and they were both amazing. My only note would be that they're served on a popsicle stick which makes it a bit harder to eat but we made it work. 10/10.
