Lazy ass workers here. They just stood there while we waited and left.
Ordered my bowl, and they started preparing after the fully served like 6 Cinnabon customers. After telling them why it took so long, they have me my bowls with the worst attitude. This place ain't worth your money, took em 30 minutes to get 3 bowls done.

I really like smoothie bowls so I decided to try one from Jamba this time. I usually come here for smoothies but I ordered the açaí primo bowl. I removed the coconut and added peanut butter and it comes with honey on top. It is a little tart but if you eat the bowl with the fruits it’s not so bad. I think it’s a pretty good size compared to others I’ve seen for the price. Overall pretty satisfied.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been in here several times to get fruit bowl but for some reason the worker today had a problem with providing that. I don’t care about the cost I just wanted specific fruit. Apparently he must be new or something, because he wasn’t making any sense. I just walked off. I had no time for it. Wouldn’t recommend.

In this place the workers play with people’s time and money making them wait as long as they decide and then in the end they say that they do not have the product to place the orders! A responsible manager is completely missing

DO NOT get a smoothie from here. 1. the customer service is terrible 2. me and myfriend both stopped to getsmoothies here and had diarrhea for about 2 days! they hop from the cinnabon to the jamba juice and idk if it’s cross contamination or they just have spoiled ingredients.
The staff was very rude. Went to the store at 5:45 PM to order and they told it was closed. I can clearly see that it wasn’t closed, they simply choose not to take an order. I would avoid this store at all cost.
$10 for a bowl of soup. it’s barely filled up and it’s honestly just gross.

Need to change the staff ASAP. All are young and they don’t have damn knowledge on any of the Jamba Juice. It was very frustrating to make them understand. I ordered ‘matcha’ but they even don’t know what’s that matcha is!! n very rude staff!!
The server walked on his phone, when I walked up to the counter. After five or so minutes he came back. I had to make my order while he was on the phone. Then while making my smoothies, he was on his phone the entire time. Terrible customer service! September 9th 2021 at 11:40. I see why it has such lowes stars. Had much better service with other Jamba Juices. To bad this is the closest one to me.
Store hours say open til 9pm, but they're located inside a mall that closes at 7pm. How are they 'Open' if security guard won't let you in???
The food is delicious but the employees move in slow motion. Staff looked at me like a crazy person when I ordered a ginger shot listed on the menu... then when I got my smoothie it was not full at all. Disappointing.
