I used to love this chain. I went to the Pineville location, and every part of the experience was horrible.

I tea tasted like dishwater.

The sandwiches were tasteless.

When I returned the food for a refund, the manager stated that she was sending in the paperwork to corporate, so could not give me a refund, and could not give me a refund receipt. I asked her to write her name, phone number, and refund amount on my original receipt, and she did. She said to expect the refund in 10 days.

A month later , no refund.

Recommend you go somewhere else.

When you order a water, you get a child sized cup. I asked for a large and was told they don't offer that. 2 different employees could not tell me why, just No. At this point it's the principal. I asked for the manager only because I wanted someone to give me a reason. It's because people order water then come get a refill of a soft drink. I get that but when you charge $3.69 for a drink, I think you can afford the one off bad actor. When a customer asks for a large water, accommodate the customer. As I told the manager, that's just ridiculous!

I was waiting in a line and she said I will be with you in a second. After around ten minutes she finally came up to me and told me I was waiting in the wrong line and made me go to the very back of the other line. I left after this because I waited for ever and was not willing to wait in another line when I was already in the front.

The window says they open at 10 but I walked in 2 minutes to 11 and they said they are closed til 11. They would not take my order until 11. I would switch your signage so that people do not get confused. Once food was ordered, it was made well and quick and had a good taste.

This location needs some help. It’s dirty inside. No straws, no napkins. Had to clean my own table.

I've been to a lot of McAllisters Deli's across the country... I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH THIS ONE in Pineville, NC.
My TO GO Order was behind the counter instead of on the pick up rack. The floors were dirty and the tables didn't look clean. All of the Salt Shakers were Empty, and there was no salt or pepper to leave with. They'll have to do better than this to keep my business.

Food is great. Restaurant is very dirty, dusty along table partitions. If it's that dirty in the dining area, you have to wonder about the kitchen.

I HATE writing bad reviews. Especially since I used to work at McAlister's. But my wife and I have ordered from this location many times and the quality of this food has gone downhill tremendously over the past two years. Literally just ordered a spud and it was spoiled. Sour and chewy. Absolutely disgusting. Was told by the guy who worked there they were basically out of everything so they couldn't fulfill the order. In the past two years each time we've ordered there seems to be some issue with the quality or the restaurant running out of food. If the manager sees this and actually cares I'd suggest reevaluating your store and what you're producing.

I ordered jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and they didn’t take the paper off the meat before toasting and melting the cheese. Every bite had paper in my mouth and they didn’t put the chips on the sandwich or put in jalapeño bread, they but in some flavorless bread, last time ever going back!

Most of the times i don't have a problem ordering through the app or having available the option I like the most. Good is always fresh and warm. I've never had to wait longer the promised time.

The food and the sweet tea were delicious. They brought us the wrong side and a completely different meal. However they quickly addressed it and made it right. I would recommend if you are ever in the Charlotte area to stop in for a bite.

A sandwich and a small bag of chips $30.00 delivered. Rediculous. Taxes, delivery fee, tip for a driver 0.5 miles away. So stupid. I ordered the same sandwich and a bag of chips from Jimmy John’s $19
