Be cautious ordering online. They skimp out on sauces and meat filling even if you pay extra for it. For as much money spent, my half sandwich was about as big as a folded dollar bill. Extremely disappointed.

Edit: After reading more of the reviews, just shut this place down. It’s a struggle bus.

I picked a choose two McAllister club and spud max potato was good sandwich I thought it would be cut like I usually get it bread not toasted and no pickle spear

Policy doesn’t allow for me to get a soda without ice despite their website saying refills are free 👀. Also my sandwich wasn’t toasted as it should’ve been. Slow service but nice fella

Dining area was dirty with trash scattered across the floor and leading to the restrooms. Staff just stared at their phones behind the counter.

Every time I come here it’s so slow and they aren’t even busy just a handful of people in line and I’ve worked at a few Mcalisters a few years back and this one is just slow. And they gave me bare minimum turkey on my sandwich

It’s nicely cornered away from hustle and bustle of the mall. The veggie sandwich was one of the best sandwiches we’ve had in our lives! But the lasagna soup - as a past Chef Boyardee enthusiast, believe me when I say, Chef Boyardee Lasagna cans are likely well in stock in their kitchen.

I used to love this chain. I went to the Pineville location, and every part of the experience was horrible.

I tea tasted like dishwater.

The sandwiches were tasteless.

When I returned the food for a refund, the manager stated that she was sending in the paperwork to corporate, so could not give me a refund, and could not give me a refund receipt. I asked her to write her name, phone number, and refund amount on my original receipt, and she did. She said to expect the refund in 10 days.

A month later , no refund.

Recommend you go somewhere else.

When you order a water, you get a child sized cup. I asked for a large and was told they don't offer that. 2 different employees could not tell me why, just No. At this point it's the principal. I asked for the manager only because I wanted someone to give me a reason. It's because people order water then come get a refill of a soft drink. I get that but when you charge $3.69 for a drink, I think you can afford the one off bad actor. When a customer asks for a large water, accommodate the customer. As I told the manager, that's just ridiculous!

I was waiting in a line and she said I will be with you in a second. After around ten minutes she finally came up to me and told me I was waiting in the wrong line and made me go to the very back of the other line. I left after this because I waited for ever and was not willing to wait in another line when I was already in the front.

The window says they open at 10 but I walked in 2 minutes to 11 and they said they are closed til 11. They would not take my order until 11. I would switch your signage so that people do not get confused. Once food was ordered, it was made well and quick and had a good taste.

This location needs some help. It’s dirty inside. No straws, no napkins. Had to clean my own table.

I've been to a lot of McAllisters Deli's across the country... I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH THIS ONE in Pineville, NC.
My TO GO Order was behind the counter instead of on the pick up rack. The floors were dirty and the tables didn't look clean. All of the Salt Shakers were Empty, and there was no salt or pepper to leave with. They'll have to do better than this to keep my business.
