From the very beginning, he was incredibly easy to reach and quick to respond, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Were at my place of employment and the pulled pork was absolutely great. They were also at my husband's job, and had the brisket and it was delicious. Was very filling!

They had a chance to serve downtown mt holly and the event started at six pm. They were out of their homemade chips by 630. This is not because they sold a lot they were just not prepared. And they barely said sorry. If you want a food truck that can keep their items ready to serve do not hire them. This happened with another food truck in pineville one night.

Amazing service and food! The pulled pork was moist and delicious! The Mac and cheese and potato salad also amazing! The employees were very professional, friendly, funny and polite! There was a long line and they moved through it fairly quickly! Very impressed with this company and can’t wait to eat with them again! Thank you for coming to our job today! :)

Not cool to raise your prices from Friday to Saturday while your at the same location/event. Being it's gonna be more people doesn't mean be more greedy your already gonna make more off selling to more people.

I tried this bbq at my jobs food truck event the other day. I was really looking forward but unfortunately I was disappointed ☹️ i order the smoked pulled chicken plate with smoked mac&cheese and the smoked baked beans. None of the food on my plate was smoked. The mac&cheese was pretty good but drowning in oil. I used four napkins to soak up the excess oil and there was still a lot left. The baked beans were average. The pulled chicken was more like pulled boiled chicken, it had zero flavor and seasoning and I was given a sampler cup of bbq sauce that wasn’t even enough for the chicken. 30 minutes of waiting in the hot sun to pay $16 for this plate I was very disappointed.

Had George and the team bring the trailer to an office to do a lunch for a customer and was amazing. Bbq was amazing but by far the best cole slaw I’ve ever had! Rave reviews from everyone that got to eat!!!
