Not cool to raise your prices from Friday to Saturday while your at the same location/event. Being it's gonna be more people doesn't mean be more greedy your already gonna make more off selling to more people.

I tried this bbq at my jobs food truck event the other day. I was really looking forward but unfortunately I was disappointed ☹️ i order the smoked pulled chicken plate with smoked mac&cheese and the smoked baked beans. None of the food on my plate was smoked. The mac&cheese was pretty good but drowning in oil. I used four napkins to soak up the excess oil and there was still a lot left. The baked beans were average. The pulled chicken was more like pulled boiled chicken, it had zero flavor and seasoning and I was given a sampler cup of bbq sauce that wasn’t even enough for the chicken. 30 minutes of waiting in the hot sun to pay $16 for this plate I was very disappointed.

Truck was out at the job today. I just got the Pork Sandwich and the Mac & Cheese. Everything was very good and filling. Friendly service. Made some jokes and made some small talk. Always nice to see someone happy doing what they do!HAHAHA! Thanks for the response :-)

Had George and the team bring the trailer to an office to do a lunch for a customer and was amazing. Bbq was amazing but by far the best cole slaw I’ve ever had! Rave reviews from everyone that got to eat!!!

Have had it a couple times now. Chicken is dry, mac n cheese way too salty and a ton of garlic? Who does that?! Closer to Alfredo in our opinion. Bummer. Belair development in Indian Land. Very salty! Pork good though.

We setup up for the truck to cater our neighborhood block party , and it was a complete success , everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food . He went what I consider above and beyond to assure our party was perfect from his stand point , and he delivered , I will be using him again and I recommend you do as well ..

Cancelled one hour before the event with basically no reason. Said needed pre orders when no minimum pre order was discussed or requested. It’s a food truck. People walk up and order. That’s the point. Would NOT trust booking with this truck if you want someone reliable to show up.
Cheap quality bbq. Fat and bone mixed in with the pulled pork. Don't schedule for you events. They showed up an hour late for one and cancelled the next one. Not that I was going to order food as I knew better from two prior experiences from the food truck.

A coworker had OooWee BBQ catered for an office lunch. One bite of the Mac and Cheese and I was absolutely sold. The food is amazing, top to bottom. For anyone who enjoys barbecue, I recommend OooWee 100%.

I’ve had bbq in every state. This is in the top two. Rivals Taylor’s bbq in Amarillo. Go get this and you won’t be disappointed.
