Lancaster Hwy location does not actually exist. This place is a scam. Do not order from them.

Ordered three cheese steaks and doubled up. So ultimately 6 cheese steaks as we did here they were small. With delivery charge, automatic tip and all it was almost $80.00. We received half our order and they told us they would review in the next 24 hours for a refund. I would never order from this place again. It was a first time and a last. Sad if your business’s whole plan is basically delivery only and you cannot even get that right.

Worse business ever. Ordered food, they cancelled my order and never reimbursed me. I have made several attempts to rectify this and they are not responding.

We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.

The container it came in was better tasting. Not good at all. It's sad that people though they could make a go at a restaurant and then came out with this. Not good at all. How hard is it to make a cheesesteak?

They got a 1.something on google and it seems like there were all delivery thru DoorDash issues cause on Grubhub y’all got a 3.7. I think this is the top 5 cheesesteaks I have ever had best in Charlotte so far for sure and the other 4 of them I made myself..

We have ordered twice. 1st time was the best cheese steak I have had in Charlotte. Tonight the opposite. Dry, tasteless. You have one thing to do, cheese steak, do it right.

Everytime I order we are missing items. They also will mess up your items. Don't know what the deal is here' but save ur money.

Every time I order delivery my order was either completely incorrector poorly made and put together. This wasn’t my drivers fault the food was only good the first time I ever got it and I keep returning in hopes that they’d change it but my bread was soaked and had way too much melted cheese on it. If you’re a stickler for reviews maps is the best place than I take it to yelp as well. This place is TRUE to it’s 1 star rating it has received on every complaint on here. Same issues as well. Must have some lazy drunk people working there because by the looks of my soup hoagie I might as well make it one. I got two hoagies and my total order was also $42. I want my money back if anything. And I didn’t mean to give 5/5 for service I meant to put 1/5. If only ZERO stars were and option. Some serious changes need occur. Change your prices, people who make a final chef do a food-review or some kind of check or clearing until this issue is resolved. In fact, it’s a disservice to me and my bank account. I want to write to CDC about this place or a health inspector to actually see some real changes being made.

Tried them on DoorDash the food was horrible!!! My order was very late. The soda was hot and flat. Not even any ice. Horrible customer service and horrible

Don’t believe the marketing pictures. My sandwich looked nothing like that. No cheese sauce, bread not toasted, steak was dry and bland, fries were cold and stale. Horrible. Will never order from them again.

Ordered the chicken Philly via Uber Eats……so nasty, fried chicken nuggets on a bun!! Definitely not a cheese steak. Ima need my $ back!!
