ordered two personal pan pizzas—one with two toppings and the other with three. I asked the employee if they could mark the one with three toppings, but she struggled to figure out how to label it. When I got home, I still couldn’t tell which pizza was which, so I feel like I wasted my money. There really needs to be a better system in place so customers don’t have to guess whose pizza is whose.

Waited an hour to hear from the uber driver that they are out of dough and our order is cancelled. Not even a call from the restaurant. Pathetic
Edit: your response is insulting, we have tried calling the location to get a refund. You call in and it’s a call canter that cant help and ask to be transferred to the store. Been on hold for 30 min still no one. You absolutely dont care. Pick up the phone!!!

I’d skip this location. Order took an hour to be delivered although the app said 25-35 minutes. No dipping sauce with the cheese sticks. No cinnamon sticks. And again, waited an hour to get something that wasn’t even correct.

I havent had pizza hut in many years. I went here one time to try it out again. Tried and loved it. I started ordering here every sunday for pickup. Whats funny is that this pizza hut is like twenty minutes away from where i live. There is one closer, but this one the food is always good and the people are nice. The teenagers who work there are so respectful which is rare to find in their generation. Their parents should be proud.

I waited for OVER an hour for delivery and then when I called whoever answered the phone lied about there being an accident in front of the store which was causing the delay. And I had to end up going to pick up my pizza myself and by the time I got there my pizza STILL wasn’t delivered. The lady whom I spoke with at the store was so rude to me because I had questions and concerns about MY order that I paid for. Beyond unprofessional! She tried to over talk me and waved me off like I’m a child. Would not recommend ordering from here. Simple communication would have made this experience a little better.

Got pizza from the Pineville store for my boys while my wife was out of town. Was told pizza was ready for pickup at 6:23pm. Showed up at 6:30 and they forgot to make my pizza. Was asked to wait 10 minutes in store while they made it. Then they forgot sauce and burnt it to hell. I got a sauceless burnt pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut.

This place is an absolute joke. When you call them it goes goes to a call center. I placed an order for 10 pizzas for a kids birthday party, they said 30 minutes. Then they called shortly after and said they got a large order so it would be longer. Then a got a text shortly after saying they canceled the order. I called, waited on hold forever and they said sorry we ran out of dough. Its Saturday....how do you run out of dough by noon. Just an absolute joke. I will never order from here again.

Pizza didn't have enough cheese. Cheese didn't cover the pizza. I couldn't eat it. I ordered a large meat lover's and a personal pan veggie. Only one worker. She was very nice and professional. It was definitely a waste of money.
I ordered double cheese sticks and received the std one divided in 2. Not good. Unhappy Customer.

I have the PH app and ordered an $11.99, three topping pizza with ham, bacon, and pineapple, on special. The hand tossed is now a thin crust with thick dough edges. The ingredients were sparse and frankly, it was the last time I will order PH. It was absolutely terrible and I’m afraid it is indicative if everybody cutting corners because of inflation. Well, I’ll stick with Harris Teeter pizzas, slightly less but so much better quality ingredients.
