I visited pizza twist today and was looking forward to trying their pizza . Unfortunately, I found a hair not a single hair line I found in couple of other dishes in my food, which was a major turn-off. While the staff not even apologized and they are started arguing that’s not their hair it might be ours the incident left me concerned about their hygiene standards and dine-in they don’t even provide water.I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their food handling practices.

I am very glad about the many vegan options due to my diet restrictions, however if they had a thin crust option with option of making pizza half different style it would be better! food is tasty. Also I would recommend the lady or people providing service to smile and be little more enthusiastic while answering questions!

Drove an hour and a half to eat the vegan food here on a Thursday, got here at 1:30pm and location is closed. Sign says their modified hours are 12 to 5. Very disappointing.

We were there at 12:30 noon today and it was closed. One door said the hours opened at 11:00 the other door said 12:00. Google maps said 12:00. I was so looking forward to a good vegan pizza. But after seeing all these negative reviews I won't take a chance to see if they're open again! I mean is it too much trouble to swing by and pist a note saying they're short staffed or whatever reason. Both doors locked and dark inside, pissed me off after I went out of my way to give them a try and they can't even be opened during their posted hours!

Ordered pizza 9pm through pizza twist website till 10 pm, no response. Even the response I received is the cancellation of the order. Tried to call the store multiple times, but there was no response. Worst customer service, I ever come across and probably the worst restaurant around Charlotte. I called Door Dash customer service as this restaurant use their service to deliver the food. Even the customer representative tried to reach the restaurant, but there was still no response from the store. Waited 1 hour to get the cancelation notice utter nonsense. This surely deserves negative 5 star.

Worst pizza twist outlet compared to the others everywhere. Doesn’t taste good at all .Not worth the money , they charge you too much for a medium pizza and it doesn’t taste good at all

The 1star is not for the quality of the pizza, but for the front desk girl who was very rude and showed me attitude when asked a question on a coupon. They had issued me a coupon a couple of months back for serving a pizza that was not tasty at all. As a gratitude, i had been given a coupon to use. I forgot about that and had already paid for today's order online.I asked the lady politely that i had a coupon and if it had expired. She checked it and said it was expired. I again asked her if she could do something about it because i had not remembered to use it earlier. She just rudely replied that nothing can be done and i should have come earlier and threw away the coupon card.It was very rude of her to act like that and she constantly had her rigid face even when i told her that i had asked her in a polite manner and she could have at least replied nicely. She had to show me so much attitude and went inside even without realizing that customer service is their greatest asset. Totally disappointed by how i was treated. I have been so regular to this store since they opened in pineville.
