We had a good experience, we had made reservation on open table but they were understaffed and had us wait about 30 mins, but not badd. The food was great was actually impressed. We often go and the meal quality at this location has been solid for years but yesterday was a step better!

We had a reservation at 8:15pm on February 14th and arrived to find people that had 6:30pm reservations still sitting in the lobby. The manager said the kitchen was backed up so they weren't seating people.This is Valentines day and we deserved better than this. We had to drive 40 minutes from there to find another restaurant with an opening on Valentines Day.

Not prepared for Valentines Day crowd. The wait for food was over an hour. After 15 mins to order. Service was good and the food was excellent.

The waiter was very nice but the food was taking about an hour to come out. It was not very busy and we had many empty tables around us. We will not be going back

Clearly, the staff was slammed for Christmas. But the gentleman at the desk and our waitress, Angelica, were absolutely awesome. The food was great. One of the best Christmas meals we've had in a long time. Thank you all very much, and Merry Christmas!

Glad the Red Lobster was open and serving on Christmas Day in Pineville, NC, which provided a delicious meal for my elderly mother me.

Sooo slooooowwwwwww. Been waiting 25 mins for bread and almost an hour for my food and it's still not here. There's only 6 people dining in here with full staff. Been waiting another 15 mins just for the waitress to refresh my drink.

GREAT FOOD AND EVEN BETTER SERVICE!!! BEST RESTAURANT IN TOWN! The manager Michael went above and beyond to accommodate us, our waitress Jodi was phenomenal and so friendly and prompt we wanted for nothing the entire dinner. We even had great service from the young lady who brought our food out, Gia, she greeted us with a smile and without asking, went and got us extra sauces. If more service was like this everywhere the world would be a better place! We will definitely be back! We will also be contacting corporate to give much deserved recognition. THANK YOU Michael, Jodi & Gia for making our experience the most enjoyable experience possible! And special shout out to the cooks!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

hi everyone, today i visited this restaurant, the worst place in this area. i was waiting for my order for 2 hours. the food was terrible and cold. and the place itself was not clean. i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My server was eating her dinner which I had no problem with but don't have customers waiting for a long time for everything I immediately placed an or for an appetizer 20 minutes for appetizers then after another 15 minutes after placing my order I was told they were out of broccoli I would luv for Red Lobster to survive the issues they are having but with service like this they will not and that's just to bad.

I’m not sure why I keep giving this red lobster a chance. I’ve never gotten consistent service here, but never felt it was bad enough to write about until now. Last night, we waited 20 mins to be get seated in an empty restaurant, but we were okay with waiting if we would get a server who wasn’t overwhelmed due to being understaffed. Then the it took ten mins for the server to come and we should have left then but we were so hungry. Finally the manager brought us our drinks and biscuits, so we stayed ordered our food. When it did come out maybe 45 mins later, the food that was delivered was not what I asked for. He took it back and said sorry for the wait, this time it won’t be so long. So I waited and waited. Long story short, we were there for two hours, I still didn’t have the meal I wanted. We closed out, paid full price for a meal we didn’t want. The manager didn’t ask if our service was alright or if the food was okay. Just delivered my receipt for me to sign. So there you have it. Maybe rethink visiting this location. They are never properly staffed with attentive servers.

I ordered Door Dash from here. It took over an hour to make a SALAD! One dasher left, and I had to complain to DD for RED Lobsters wait time. I finally got my order, the chicken on the salad was so dry, I couldn't even eat it! They gave me a tiny thing of salad dressing, and NO CROUTONS, which is my favorite part... Will NEVER order from there again. Absolutely 💯 HORRIBLE!
