Dirty ceiling tiles. Internal employee banter and profanity. No presence of leadership or structure. To-go order wait times arent realistic.

Ayana Bryant who is currently the CRS or CSR was amazing! She greeted my table and checked on us. She says she aspires to manager and I think she should. Ms. Bryant made my dining experience great and I will definitely return.

The restraunt was clean and employees greeted us with warm smiles. Our food was awsome. It took a little longer but seeing it was early on Dec 31......the restaurant was short of help. The delicious food took our mind we were just so happy to be at Red Lobster to eat!!! Happy New Year for 2026!!!!
Extremely disappointing. We had made reservations days in advance, knowing Christmas Day would be challenging. They were completely unprepared to serve customers. When we arrived, we were told it would be at least 2 hours before we would be served. Reasons for the delay were vague. Many, many angry customers who also had reservations. We eventually left and found a Chinese restaurant doing an excellent job with the Christmas rush. We will never return to this Red Lobster.

had reservations and still waited 30 minutes. Then waited two hours to be served. The waitress said they had a large party but clearly they were doing tons of take out while letting restaurant guests sit and wait. The waitress said we could leave but then started crying. We waited another 15 minutes but when the food came out it was A mess, soaked in butter and the steak was cold and hard on the outside. 155.00 wasted and the Christmas Day ruined. Wrote to them, no reply and the manager told another table who complained, well it's the best they can do
Red Lobster has really declined. Service was very slow and food was mediocre. Would not go back.

Waiting time is too much for the amount of people in the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting seats, the tables are sticky and nasty. Food is not good, cold and overpriced. The waitress didn’t even once check on us. So disappointing, don’t waste your time and money on this place.
