Red Lobster has really declined. Service was very slow and food was mediocre. Would not go back.

Waiting time is too much for the amount of people in the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting seats, the tables are sticky and nasty. Food is not good, cold and overpriced. The waitress didn’t even once check on us. So disappointing, don’t waste your time and money on this place.

First thing when i walked in the building i was greeted at the door by the wonderful host Mya. She immediately sat and me and my husband and my 3 kids and from there on my service was impeccable! And the manager Jared was active with all the tables. 10/10 Definitely recommend to come here after shopping at the mall.
The hush puppies were really greasy not very tasty but the biscuits were good. I ordered curbside and waited more than 30 minutes for my order .I called the restaurant about it but no came so I had to go inside to get order just to wait another 10 minutes to receive my food

Food was ok. ordered the popcorn shrimp. didn't really eat it. wasn't good. ate my baked potato and my salad.. Had to look for my server to get a gogo box for my daughter's food and again when I needed my check. It was just ok. Should have got pasta or soup and salad.

The food was less than adequate. The baked potatoe was cold, the service was slow, and they changed the fish batter. The menu has changed a lot. I won't be back anytime soon. The food taste and quality us not worth the increase in price.
