Multiple issues, not planning on going back. The host at the front did not smile and appeared irritated. I was placed at a booth. The atmosphere was very dark and dreary. My wife and I ordered strawberry lemonade and it tasted like water with a little strawberry in it for color. We ordered the seafood mushroom appetizer. It was not visually appealing. 6 mall mushrooms with some type of brown crust and melted cheese. It looked microwaved. I ordered the Harbor bay bake without tomatoes. It came to the table with tomatoes in it. When I mentioned this, the waitress apologized and took it back. Came back out 10 minutes later with the same dish with some of the tomatoes picked off. I was irritated. It still had tomatoes in the dish. I asked her to remake it. By the time it was done I told her to put it in a Togo box. At no time did I see a manager. I expected that dish to be taken off the bill at least, since I waited so long and was only able to eat my sides. Not a great experience and not planning on returning. Red Lobster has gone down a lot. Even the biscuits were not the same. They were flat.

Unbelievable.... Bizarre... Next door at Olive Garden the wait was 20 min. Here , the place was empty... About 10 others waiting on the lobby, no staff to be seen. 6 people look like they had been Sat recently. 1see ready in the back paying no attention. We and the others looked around for someone. There was literally no other staff and an empty restaurant. We and most others just left. Like I said ... Bizarre. Can't image they last much longer.

Walked in and the hostess was on her phone and didn’t even look at us before seating us. The table didn’t have any silverware, and they had two servers on the floor. Service was way to slow to the point were you weren’t expecting to get any refills on drinks or bread. Asked for our food to go after waiting an hour and had to come back because they got the order wrong. You’d think that they would correct the order with the right food, but instead they get lazy and put random mashed potato’s in the to go container when my order was for a baked potato with lobster sauce. We went to go talk to the manager but with an unsurprised face tells us “he’ll talk to the team about teamwork” Completely ruined my mothers 64th birthday having to pay 160$ and get this service with no help from the manager.

This makes the second time I have come here and the service once again was horrible. I was completely ignored when I came in the door. No one even acknowledged I was here. I finally got someone attention only to be talk to rude and unguided to my seat. I had to seat myself. The tables dirty and there was no one serving the bar area. I waited for 20 minutes before I had to get up and find some one to clean the table and wait on me.My food was sent back due to everything being COLD and nothing not even their famous biscuits were fresh. The bartender was the only person that helped me and waited on me. He was so busy at the bar but took the time to apologize and wait on me. With all that was going on I know he had to be frustrated but he tried his best not to let it show and still kept a smile on his face. The bartender was AWESOME his name was I would come back just because of him Roshad, thank you for taking care of me!!!All the waiters and waitress completely ignore me, even though I said excuse and got their attention, they listen said ok and never came back or even tried to assist me at all. The manager on duty was so rude to everybody, I didn't want to ask him for anything. I don't know how MATT yes MATT got a managers position with his horrible customer service and he let you know he was upset, frustrated anD OVERWHELMED! He needs some customer service training badly, no wonder everyone is acting poorly, they are following the leader, thank God Roshad was a leader and not a follower.ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU ROSHAD FOR TAKEN CARE OF ME!!!!!!

Bathrooms covered in pee, all of our orders came out wrong and cold, and barely checked on us, only one drink refill in 2 hours, we were there for 2.5 hours!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Save your money!!

Had a reservation for 730pm arrived at 710 was told they had an 145min wait when I told them I had a reservation for 730pm they said they were short staffed and it would a little wait for our table.. I confirmed not an 145 min wait right. Hostess said no and giggled said she'd text us once the table was teady. That we never fot. We waited at the bar didn't order but just sat and hung out. After 30 min the hostess walked by and said she was clearing a table . I watched as several staff members were walking taking ordered they didn't look short staffed. 30 more min later we finally went to the hostess stand. The manager was there we asked what was going on and he asked our reservation name and the hostess said Heather ... In a very condensing was. He took us to a table where we stay for 20 more min with no acknowledgement from anyone. I flagged down a waitress and who our waiter was.. she came back and said she could help us. We told her the manager sat is 20 minutes go. Do the waiter not no we were here? All she said was she could take us if we wanted. We stood up and left. While leaving the manager was at the hostess stand. We told him everything... That he sat us, after we have ask what was the hold up... And he never told anyone were sitting there and needed helped. His response was... " oh do you wanna try again"? I was shocked... I should have said "do you mean do I want to let you all tray again". Instead we said no and left. Went across the street to Longhorn. Had amazing dinner with no problems at all.

Please listen to the reviews about the amount of time it takes to be seated, waited on and served food. When we went it wasn’t even crowded. There was trash on the floor in the foyer and we waited 10 min for the host to speak to us. Again, it was not crowded.I always like to give benefit of the doubt, but our experience was very bad. When I nicely asked the waiter if it would be longer, it seemed to be taking all while for the food his reply was on the rude side, even though he smiled while he said it.The food was not the good usual Red Lobster quality. The scampi was dry with no liquid of any kind and the Walt fried shrimp was not good. Not sure if they were freezer burned or they got another brand to fill in for what has always been served.I wish we had gone to the Olive Garden next door, but they were extremely crowded. Now I understand why the red lobster was not. :-(

Underwhelming. The food was blah. Tasted like it had been frozen for a long time. I had the ultimate feast. Skip it, not worth $41. Theres nothing high end about the menu. The only redeeming thing on the menu is the garlic biscuits. But even those have gone down hill. I wish i could say this was just an off day. But its been like this the last 3 times. The staff would disappear if you needed something. The restaurant is dark, i guess so you cant see what youre eating. I will not be coming again. Its not what it used to be. Its not a specialty place anymore. Its fast food done at a snails pace.

Went at 5.50 pm last Sunday ie Mar 04, 2024. Were told the wait time would be 25 minutes, After 40 minutes of waiting, checked with the not so friendly receptionist. She told us it’ll take 15 to 20 minutes more. We left, on our way out, peeked through the window, there were atleast 4 tables on that side without any guests, there might be many more. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service! The hostess told us it would be a 30min wait for a table. We said we would wait at the bar and have a drink. forgot about us and never enetered our request for a table. The female bartender was annoyed and treated us like we were bums off the street. After 40mins, we checked on our table and was told that the hostess forgot and never put in our request for a table so she had to hustle and get us a table.
