Ruby Thai Kitchen

I’ve never had Thai food and was offered a sample. It was so good, I ordered the Bangkok chicken. It was so flavorful but not salty. I let my family who ordered from a diff restaurant try it; they loved it as well and said they wish they had ordered some. I would recommend and will be visiting again.

Ruby Thai in Carolina Place Mall serves up really good Thai food. Had their shrimp fried rice, lemon pepper chicken, spicy bourbon chicken and Phad Thai - everything was fresh and tasty. Nice spot to grab lunch while shopping at the mall. Worth checking out if you're in Pineville!

I have gone to this place since it was put in the mall and I have never had a bad experience. The Bourbon chicken (reg and spicy) are TOP tier. Everything I’ve ever tried from there has always hit and brought me back wanting more. I’ve even gotten my best friend and boyfriend to eat there and they continuously have told me how much they love it. If this place ever goes I will be extremely disappointed and hungry.

Don’t listen to these people complaining. The food is top notch, especially for the venue and pricing. There’s a culture of complaining people that go to Carolina place, and they’re attracted to the lower prices at ruby Thai. Try the food for yourself and you’ll see.

Good food, you’re toilet pays the sad sad price

Worst service ever. I bought a two items combo and they charged me for a three item combo. When I asked them why they told me that the brócoli and cabagge count at an item. Really? So cabbage count as chicken? THIEFS! That’s why the Japanese restaurant across is always full and this restaurant barely have people. Never going back! Hopefully this review is reader and people hesitate to go this place

I ordered some food and all of the chicken was rock hard and stringy and they offered me an egg roll but to my surprise it was Ice cold like it came out the fridge.. I tried calling to see if they would replace my order before I drive all the way back but the number is out of service ?.. I'm so fed up at this point !
