The most important thing to know is this is NOT Thai food. It is Chinese. Mediocre mall Chinese food. There is absolutely nothing Thai about anything here. Furthermore, it is questionable whether any Asians make the food, as well. It was a strange

The food is great except from when it had hairs on it. It is VERY unfortunate but I honestly will stop from going there after my first experience of finding a hair on my

I ordered some food and all of the chicken was rock hard and stringy and they offered me an egg roll but to my surprise it was Ice cold like it came out the fridge.. I tried calling to see if they would replace my order before I drive all the way back but the number is out of service ?.. I'm so fed up at this point !

Always out of certain things. Why come here anymore.. I don't understand.Do not give them business. They are always too eager to close early and never have a whole selection ready.

9$ with tax… average at best for mall food. Sauce taste like vegetable oil and sugar. Very unhealthy choice and not keto friendly.

I’ve been coming to this location for over five years. I had to get a refill tea, I didn’t mind paying the $.75 but they told me, if you don’t have cash it’s a , dollar minimum charge. Let me get this straight. You paid $14 for the lunch, thinking that you would at least get one refill. To boot I was drinking tea which cost next to nothing then you turn around and charge me a dollar? Great job guys, according to Restaurant magazine, it cost $35 to attract the customer. I will not come back now. How much do I spend with you a year, according to my numbers, calculator, I spent $350 a year. So since I shop with you over five years that would be a total $1700. I will take my business elsewhere now to people that appreciate me and do not ever charge me because I do not have the minimum amount to charge to get a refill. PS. Also, according to statistics for every one person who complains 10 more do not, and they do not eat at the location. In addition, it is also proven that when I restaurant no longer cares about their customer, normally they do not care about the way they are preparing food, just some last thoughts. Hope you get your act together start appreciate your customers.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT!I ordered a Combo 3 meal $10.99 ($11.90 with tax), and when I opened the box, there was a black straight strand of hair that contaminated all of the food in the box that I just ordered and paid for. I have short curly dark brown hair (So for sure it is not mine), and I just opened the box (I never opened it previously until now). My camera is very bad so it is barely visible in the picture, but the strand of hair was so thin that I almost did not see it and was about to it!If you eat from here, PLEASE check the box for hair before you pay and walk away. I just got it 30 minutes ago and will be turning around to return it when I am able to. I hope they know what to do in these situations and I pray that this has never happened before.Update: I just tried to call them to let them know the situation, and I was immediately sent to a voicemail that was not even set up. I do not plan on eating there again and will just be sticking to Stir Fry 88, Sakru Japan, or WASABI Sushi Bar in the mall. Please be careful out there.

Got Chicken Pad Thai to order (not ready made). It was NOT Pad Thai and no Pad Thai sauce whatsoever. I had very low expectations for mall food court joints, but this was something else... Just some overly sweet sauce soaked noodles with deep fried (?!!! Pad thai is done with stir fry chicken breast strips) pieces of almost no chicken inside the deep fry. Anytime I see a Thai place I always choose them to try their recipe of Pad Thai, but this was really terrible.

Your classic mall Bourbon chicken. I mean you can't beat a a $10 mall meal. Brings you back to the core of cheap salty good Chinese mall food.

On 12/4/22 at 2pm they had no food out and the girl was cleaning the counter. I asked if they were opening and she said yea in about 10 mins. Shortly after they turned off the lights and closed. The mall was BUSY, lines for food were ridiculous. If any management is reading this I can’t imagine the money you lost from your lyin’ lazy employees. Just close down and let a different spot open in the location if this is how you do business.

Used to be good, but not anymore. Nowadays it’s overly expensive, smaller portions and rude staff. And they don’t even offer you a cup of water…
