I have never in my life seen such a disorganized crew, no one was staying in one area. Some lady behind me said she been waiting for over an half hour for her drink.

Recently visited this Starbucks location. Used the app to order with the option to pick up at the counter. Ordered two hot coffees, a Peppermint Mocha and a Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha. The order was paced about 15 min prior to arrival, and both drinks were ready and on the counter and still hot. Both were as expected with flavors that are signature Starbucks. Thanks so much for a great start to the day!

Had to wait for our order to be taken, but staff let us know it would be a little bit before our order could be taken. Which made the wait not bad. We also weren’t in a rush and could tell the store was busy and several staff appeared to leaving for the day.

Loved being asked if we wanted glass cups instead of paper/plastic! The snowman cookie was amazing. Drink was good!

Usually I have great experience at this Starbucks. Yesterday I went and they were a little backed up, which is fine. But the manager was being rude to the employees and you could feel the tension. He did start helping making drinks but if I was one of the workers I would be looking for a new job. He talked down to them and it was uncalled for

this is now the second time ive mibile ordered and supposidly my order wasnt there even though i have a reciept with that location listed. and they just gave me an attitude and said well i dont know what to tell you we dont have your order so what im just put 20 bucks. i sued to come to starbucks everyday now the service is horrble most of the time they have an attitude cause they have to make your drink and they do not care when they mess up and make the wrong drink. When you tell them het this isnt what i ordered they will argue with you even though the sticker is different from what they gave you. I warn everyone go to a different star bucks.

So I guess this Starbucks is trying to be like Chick-fil-A? I went this morning and they had this guy standing outside dressed as Santa not even letting people see the menu and granted I go there every day but if it wasn’t for him taking orders before they reached the actual speaker I would’ve known that the Christmas drinks were already out, you would think this would also speed up the process if anything they made me park somewhere and wait for my drink which was only a shaken espresso so I hope moving forward. This is not a thing because it’s really annoying and you don’t even get a chance to look at a menu. They just expect for you to know and if that’s the case, they should at least tell you the new things that they have

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! The whole team worked together so efficiently. You could really see the great teamwork behind the counter. A special shout-out to Sayy, the cashier, who showed amazing leadership and direction. They kept things running smoothly and made sure every customer was taken care of with a smile. Excellent service and a great atmosphere I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕👏

Matcha was amazing as usual! I have to recognize Justin for his wonderful customer service! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and brought our food out to us when ready. He really went above and beyond! We will definitely come back to this location!

Justin was so fun and kind!! We had a nice conversation and he even brought our food to our table. :) The drinks and food were both so yummy! Would definitely recommend this location!
