Uber driver here. Geez I came in to pick up an order and noone even look at me. I understand they are busy but at least they can ask or say something. After a few minutes of being ignored I had to ask if there was something I had to say or do to pick up an order. One of the girls told me oh we still working on it. It would have been nice to know before me asking ??

My White Chocolate Mocha was made incorrectly at another location. I briefly informed Zoe & she immediately jumped into action. She was pleasant, reassuring and apologetic for the previous drink. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to on top of not filling up my coffee to the top of the cup probably missing 25% of the cup half of it is iced then I got a cup full of sticky residue on the side of the cup they looked at it still gave it to me asked for napkins asked for a new cup, had asked for a straw, horrible service Horrible experience would never recommend this Starbucks too many great Starbucks is out there to go. Skip this one

the drinks here are fine but GOOD LORD they take forever if you go inside. they really prioritize the drive thru so just go through there, don’t waste your time going inside even if the drive thru line is long. took 20 minutes for me to get one grande chai.
