The only other Taco Bell location closest to us is Woodlawn and that place is horrible. This location is so amazing. They have the best service and are always so polite and get our orders correct. Will be returning.

Currently here for a 3rd party pick up. They completely ignore everyone at the counter and if you do manage to get them to acknowledge you, it's with rudeness and no care in the world. How does someone know my order isn't ready if you didn't even ask name/order number, nothing, at least say we don't have any orders ready at the moment, just, gonna have to wait only got so many people, if it's too long a wait then cancel, that's the response I got. .......uummm we are both on the job, why are you being so rude, also still standing here waiting....

My van wouldnt fit in the drive through so I went up to the speaker to ask if I could put in an order cause my van wouldn't fit and the app wasn't working and instead of telling me they could or couldn't serve me they just ignored me. Just treat me like a human being and talk to me and tell me no.

Online said open till 3am. Went at midnight and there was people working inside but everything outside was closed. Not cool.
Stopped at the Bell to grab a quick bite. I was very disappointed when the manager told me and two other customers that it would be at least 30 minutes before we would receive our food, so I canceled my order. Not sure why as we were the only three inside and about 4 cars in the drive through.

The place is nice, ordinary, typical American food, nothing special It is not a comfortable place to sit for a while, but the entire mountain is perfectly fine, clean there and the food is fine

Terrible service. Walk in, say you ordered take-out, get ignored for 30 minutes and told that they're "busy" by the manager when they've completed 12 orders other than yours that were placed after you. I really enjoy the food here, because money's tight, but never order pick-up. Just go through the drive through, because the manager said that "Even if you order pick-up, you have to go through the drive-thru." Management is poor but the staff are all young and underpaid, but they could at least try.
