This location has really declined. I usually come several times a month. The lunch wait is often 30-45 minutes. I have started mobile ordering to curb that, but even then, just finding an employee to give me my mobile order can take 10 minutes. I don’t think my order was correct a single time, I always have to check it myself and then tell them which item is missing. The employees couldn’t care less about anything or helping you.
Overall the experience feels very poor but the food prices are higher than other lunch places in the area which just makes it not feel worth it.

This one can't handle mobile and delivery orders or they simply despise them. They literally have the mobile side shut down and purposefully move slow proritizng drive thru orders. They don't deserve a dime I would never ever spend any more money here when they make it hard for delivery drivers to earn money. If you feel that way you need to unassign from delivery apps as a merchant.

Unacceptable experience. We waited an hour and a half in the drive-thru even though there were only two cars ahead of us when we arrived. We sat at the speaker for 35 minutes with no response. An employee came outside to smoke and said they were short-staffed, but no one bothered to communicate that to customers. When we finally got fed up and pulled around, the other cars were gone and there was only one customer inside. This was a complete waste of time and beyond frustrating! Do better!

I was hungry so I decided to go down to Taco Bell at midnight ordered my food pulled into the parking lot and parked was eating my food and talking to my wife on the phone 30 minutes later and employ ed walked up to the side of the car and asked why I was there so long why am I still sitting there I couldn't believe my ears The food was already garbage but the young boy with pubes on the side of his face really struck a nerve when he come up and asked why I was parked there so long this place literally just opened and already they're off to a bad bad bad start would highly recommend you go somewhere else service is horrible food horrible all around horrible
