Located inside Super G marketplace. Serving up fresh coffee and French-Asian inspired baked goods. The coffee is excellent. I didn’t try anything from the bakery (watching my carb intake #keto), but they looked decadent.

I have been to this location several times now. It is definitely a small location due to being inside of the larger store. Overall, I would recommend going to one of the standalone locations but if you are in the area, this will do. Their selection is not as large as the other stores. When I went this evening, it was around 5 PM and most of the food was gone at that point. This issue is not you need to this location, but it is annoying that they do not restock until the next day. This trip I got a garlic and cheese croissant and a twisted doughnut. Overall, the food was very good and high-quality. As I said, I would recommend going earlier or just go to another location.

I’ve been here several times and love the pastries. I’ve always had pretty good service. But Thirsday, August 14 me and my daughter went in to visit. Two employees sat the whole time and never addressed us. Very sad to have a beautiful spot and poor Service. They didn’t have the pastries labeled Well either. So you had to ask them and they never stood up.

been here 5ish times, unique macaron flavors (rose, earl grey, green tea, etc), soggy orange cake slice (quite soggy. it's been sitting), 1 fly in the pastry clear cabinets (on x2 diff visits), favs / recs: blueberry jam pastry & mushroom cheese pastry (potent, rich, flavorful...i remember). pick items well

I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!

staff decided to close the Livermore location early, staff was rude about it. Stated they only closed like 2 min early. I was there before that and the chairs were already up and floors mopped so was obviously closed way before then. I had gone in earlier in the day to see what they had and was coming back with my daughter. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

I used to like their coffee and pastries. But when I was there this past weekend, I noticed that there was a fly inside the pastry shelf. So I bought the packed items. To my surprise, the packed item had a bug inside it. This is a serious food safety issue. These flies can carry harmful bacteria. They should give immediate attention to this. I called their shop but the manager wasn’t there at that time. Since I live afar I can’t make a return. But they have to give IMMEDIATE attention to this.

I loved their vanilla cremé donut and matcha frappe! The donut was sweet, but the cremé filling sure didn't disappoint as it was loaded in the middle and melted in the mouth! Matcha was good too! 👍🏼 I was greeted politely also. I want to come back again sometime to try their other selections. Maybe another donut, perhaps? 😌

We have loved this bakery since it opened. Yesterday we purchased a loaf of chestnut bread. Once we got home we notice bugs crawling around in the sealed bag!! 🤢

Two of my Grandsons work at Tous. Les. Jour. in NJ... I have been to their location many times... recently we visited the Pineville/Gmart, NC location... We were there around 7:00-7:15 pm Friday night, asked for 3 Matcha. Lattes, was told the machines were already cleaned and closed for the night... their hours are to 8pm... Mind you my Grandson's location is open to 10pm and they serve right up to 10pm... It was very disappointing!!! I'm giving 5 star for the food we bought, but a 1 star for the machines being closed down 45 minutes to an hour before the store's actual closing time.

I purchased a cloud cake from here a week ago for a family get together and it was delicious. I went on Thursday (6 days later) to purchase another cloud cake for a bridal shower and I noticed the cloud cake that was available looked a lot like the one that I didn’t purchase a week ago. I thought, there’s no way they’re leaving the same cake there for a week to sell, right? Maybe it’s just the same design. WRONG. When I took a bit of the cake, I knew it was old immediately. The cake was dry and the icing had a weird aftertaste. I’ve had cloud cake probably a dozen times now and never had that experience. Extremely disappointed to pay $50 for a week old cake.

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!
