staff decided to close the Livermore location early, staff was rude about it. Stated they only closed like 2 min early. I was there before that and the chairs were already up and floors mopped so was obviously closed way before then. I had gone in earlier in the day to see what they had and was coming back with my daughter. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.

Their "Chestnut Bread" should be labeled "Chestnut Bread with Peanuts". If peanut is a deliberate ingredient, there should be clear indication. I am a livid parent with a now suffering 2 year old.

Dietary restrictions: Don't bother

Got one of each (3) of the cream filled doughnuts, the bread was good but the cream was over churned and underflavored, it was just bad and my kids wouldn't eat it.

The desserts and staff are always amazing! I'm happy to have one so close to my home! I rated the atmosphere a 3 simply because it's inside the grocery other than that it's all good!

The man that was packing my bakery pack two of my pastry then hit his coworker in the leg. They giggle then he wipe his hands behind his back. He fixed his apron then just continue to pack my pastry. I am so discussed because I paid $36 for these few pastry. I hope they keep their hands clean for other customers.

the staff at this location are nice (except the one shouty manager), but they aren't able to answer many questions about any food or drinks they have. Also there seems to be a lack of communication - on three occasions now, I ordered and paid for one kind of iced tea, they said they were out, I asked for a different kind, they came back 3 min later to say they were out of that too, and ultimately just got a coffee drink instead. Very puzzling... I've witnessed other comm breakdowns just waiting for my order. The other location is much more established and better stocked. The food and drinks are delicious here too! just continually disappointed with the service here.

Yummy little bakery inside Super G. Fresh and unique breads, pastries and cakes. I would recommend
