Visited Vindhu on Wheels after a long drive, and I was honestly shocked (in the best way!) by how good the food was. Street style indian food is not easy to find, but these guys nailed it, the taste took me right back to India. I tried their Chicken Frankie, noodles, keema fried rice, and a few tiffins as well, and the flavors were consistently spot on across everything. Truly impressive and highly recommended!
OKAY YALL!!! This little food truck is so wonderful, everyone serving food is so sweet! Also the food?? It's amazing all freshly cooked to order, and good pricing and good portions! I'm a bit on the weak side with spices (comparable to mild hot sauce is what I like). Their spice doesn't linger for a long time though which is great! Also the servers were so kind and very helpful, and the complimentary chai is the best I've had. Please come here and give them...
First time ordered Chicken Noodles and Chicken Frankie, both tastes good and especially Chicken Frankie, everyone at home liked it much. Value for the food and definitely order it again next time.
