I was so surprised of the uncleanness here. I said something to the guy there but he said he was sorry I was having a bad day...nothing to do wigh my day...lol. The restaurant is nasty, the stainless steel n wall around the grill is filthy. The bottom part of the walls are dirty, bathroom. This is the owners responsibility to make sure this restaurant is clean. No excuses! Clean or close it.

Food is good but hours listed for Sunday say 11am-9pm however seems they're almost always closed. Called today Sunday March 3rd to place an order, someone there to answer the phone but only to say they're closed. This isn't the only Sunday evening they've been closed. I don't know if if it's bad management or employees, or a combination of both. If they can't be open during their posted hours they need to change their hours or hire people who will do their jobs.

They do not have normal hey 55 hours. Usually out of whatever you want. Hotdogs, buns, French fries. The waitresses are nice and do the best they can with the management they have the work with. One major issue is they do not answer the phone. You can call the whole way there and be in the drive thru line calling and watch the phone be ignored.

We stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and we were the only ones in there at the time. The waitress was awesome, and could handle our silly jokes. The food was amazing and if we are ever in the area again, we still stop!!Also, keep an eye out for our YouTube channel!! (Inside joke)

Called on 11-30 around 7 pm. Someone answered and laid the phone down and walked away. We hung up after about 10 minutes and tried calling several more times. No answer. I rode out to the restaurant and walked in at 8:02 pm. I approached the counter and told a waitress I'd like to place an order. She informed me that they closed at 8 and weren't taking any more orders. The cook was cooking, and there were 4 or 5 tables full in the restaurant. Very poor customer service. I'll not do business there again.

I've called 2 days in a row to attempt to place a To Go order and no one answered. Mind you the first day I called 5 times. The phone rang until it reached an automated system. I called twice AGAIN today and I got the same results.

The service is not at all what it used to be nowadays you can call but no one will answer and the food isn’t as it was when the other person owned it but overall it’s really the service that needs to be improved so the business isn’t suffering as much or hire people who are willing to work and do their jobs.
