So I went in for a pick up order and thay said I could not because I was not the doredash and that made me mad I crashed out thay suck subway sucks service sucks and the red hair lady said she was going to quit then why don't she quit then and she was making faces at me she was starting at me and she was throwing the toppings for the sub around like she was angry because she was she said her manager said don't make food until doredash dude got there but I was not doredash and I told her she said I could not pick up the order for my grandma because I was not doredash she sucks at customer service I crashed out I was going to tell her everything I had in mind but I kept it to my self but she sucks at customer service subway sucks they need better employees

It was nasty where all the vegetables and stuff were at. The whole store was nasty needed to be cleaned. And the vegetables were soggy.

I'm on my way to Myrtle Beach and I needed something to eat that wasn't heavy. After waiting thru 3 online orders I was told that a wrap could not be a 6 inch that I had to get a whole sub. I have been to many locations around NC and never heard of a wrap not able to be cut into a 6 inch. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Even through my patience I left without food!!

The manager sucks and they don’t treat or pay their employees well. They also charged me extra for getting bacon on my Italian bmt instead of pepperoni cause they were out of pepperoni. Used a 17.99 coupon for 3 subs but somehow it still came out to $26. PS if you have 5+ ppl in your group just go somewhere else, it’s annoying for everyone and also the employees. Holding everyone up

My son and I went up there 9/11/23 and my son ordered his sub it comes to my turn to order and I ask for my sub on Italian herb and cheese bread, the kid reaches back as there is an entire tray and says " it's too hot" I was perplexed and I said that's ok I would like it anyhow the kid then say " we have a six inch" again I was confused because I asked for a footlong.....I said it's ok I'll wait for it to cool off, just wait on the next customer to which the kid replies " it may not be cool by then" again... confusion...the kid said " so what do you want " I said, nothing, if I can't get what I ask for I don't want anything " then they started with the excuses" we can't give hot bread away" and such, to which I said why offer toasted subs then? The kid replied" we have been sued " to which I responded " I'm not going to sue you, I asked for it specifically " the kid became sarcastic with " how do I know that?" I paid for my son's sub, didn't get my food and will definitely never step foot in that shop again, I was going to let it go and not return until the sarcastic reply.....how can bread be "too hot " when you literally offer toasted subs ?
