Bistro 116 is a fantastic place with eclectic decor and a perfect menu. The staff is super friendly and the owner is absolutely beautiful. The food is outstanding, and the service is excellent. Candice, one of the servers, was one of the best encountered. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the water and is kid-friendly. If in Plymouth, it's a must-visit for outstanding food and first-rate service, making it a five out of five experience.
