Food was great however maybe I came on the wrong day and maybe the wrong time. Most of my food was quick. As for my chicken sandwiches that took almost 45minutes to be served and it was still made wrong. I was definitely accommodated for the long wait, but 45 minutes for a Chicken Sandwich is ridiculous! The team members were nice and friendly very helpful and super apologetic. Some of them male team members were trying to be extra friendly (like do your job and stop looking at me with them googly eyes and maybe them chicken sandwiches would have been made on time... jk) over all everything was good.
The worst run Bojangles in the entire continent with a staff that don’t care about anything at all. Avoid at all costs unless you have 45 min to wait for your “fast” food

The Plymouth location was 100% on point. Sunday morning about 9:15. Cajun filet biscuit add egg and cheese dark brown biscuit. Outstanding.

Probably the worst Bojangles in eastern NC. This place used to be awesome, what happened? I recently waited an hour to get to the manager who told me my food wasn't available and to order something else. After an hour! Then tried to bribe me with cinnamon rolls to not write a review. Tandy should be embarrassed. Manager looked high and careless. Someone with integrity needs to run this business again. It's fallen way off

On way home from Hatteras & had a taste for Bo's. Unfortunately, this location in Plymouth was very dirty and in need of some TLC. Bathrooms were gross, smelly and needed to be cleaned. Dining room was marginally better than bathroom, but not by much ... Still needing care/cleaning. Ice machine did not work. The Supremes were fresh however there was no ranch sauce to go with them. So disappointing! The unsweet tea had an off flavor and we did not drink it. Would not recommend this location when you can go about 4 miles down the road to the next location, which surely must have been better. Sorry Bo's - you missed the mark 🙁
Terrible service! Waited an hour for a 8 pc tailgate. Ridiculous don’t eat here! Went through the drive thru line & they forgot about us! this location needs to be shut down! the new hires were lost and confused. Employees were rude and wouldn’t give us a refund.

Me and my younger brother (14 years old) came here to have lunch it took 30 minutes to get my food. They had it ready at the end of the line my younger brother asked “is that ours?” and he got cussed at and disrespected. It is absolutely unacceptable to cuss and be disrespectful to a child. Chicken was cold service was terrible will never go back unless it’s to give the girl working on 7/15/24 at 12:30 with the blue braids a strongly worded piece of mind.
