Rude staff, terrible customer service, terrible attitudes, disgusting cleanliness, my step father found a fly in his biscuit, they charged me for a drink I didn't order, they ignored me in the drive thru. My opinion is wait 20 more miles and try williamston bojangles. The one in Plymouth is trash and the people working there make it even worse.

No matter how busy a place is throwing things in a bag and giving it to the customer like this it’s just not acceptable.

Service was AWFUL. Dining room was filthy. Was given the wrong food, was Cajun instead of what I ordered. The cashier seemed to think everyone ordering was an inconvenience. Was given the drinks from the order infront of us. No tables were wiped down, floors were nasty.
Will not be coming back to this location.

The chicken may be delicious, but we left without buying food. With restrooms that filthy, there's no way the kitchen can be clean. I'm not talking about traffic from a busy day. These stalls haven't been cleaned in a long time. I have never left a restaurant because the bathrooms were dirty. Until today.

Do they not know the difference between light & dark biscuits. And the service is crap they’re not friendly @ all as if I messed up their day cause you came. Found is rarely hot and cheddar Bo was was like chewing rubber and yet the still serve it to you. When u ask for your things to be specific.

Dirty - dining room was dirty and had a bad smell, bathrooms were horrendous. Who knows what the kitchen was like. Never stopping at this Bojangles again.

I was in the drive thru line for literally 8 mins before I even got to the menu board.
Each car before me waited just as long.
When i finally got to the board it took them an additional 2 1/2 mins to address me. Mind you i announced myself...and still silence.
WHAT THE HELL...I WASN'T GIVEN A RECEIPT.
TRAIN- RETRAIN THESE EMPLOYEES. THERE IS No, AND I MEAN NOOOOOOOO URGENCY AT THIS BOJANGLES...

It seems no matter what time of day I dreadfully decide to come to this location, the lady in the drive thru is always rude. Cuts you off mid order, sarcastically yells back at you, repeating your order. I never leave reviews but this has been a continuing issue and hope she can reevaluate her customer service and provide a better experience for paying customers.
