20 minute wait for a single hamburger and fries. The store was NOT busy. Parking lot maybe had 2 cars and I was the only one at the drive thru. Very confused.
We're done patronizing this Burger King. It truly makes me mad, a place that is not busy cannot focus well enough to get a simple order consisting of 7 main items correct. The receipt is correct why isn't it possible for the meals to be correct?! I speak only concerning night shifts. I don't have experience with others.

Came in at switchover from breakfast. 4 orders ahead of me. Took so long to fill those that 2 wanted a refund and no food. I don't think management has done a good job of making the employees understand this is a FAST food establishment.

Took a while to get my food. THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FRIENDS FRIES!!

We decided that on our way out of OBX we would find the nearest fast food place to eat. I didn't want McDonald's so BK was the only other open option. We pulled up to the drive thru window at 10:40 am and proceeded to order our food. We sat behind a car at the window for about 10 minutes ...no big deal. The real issue was when we actually pulled up to the window to pay. We sat there for so long we had to TURN OFF OUR CAR. During our nearly 40 minute wait time we watched through the open drive thru window as employees leisurely walked around with no customers in the store. We also got to see an employee pick his nose and stand around on his phone. Once we got our food it was almost 11:20 am. There was no apology, the only thing that was said was 'here is your food, it's both bags.' The food was okay but the fries had definitely cooled down. This was just a disappointing experience not only because we were all pretty hungry and it was the only fast food (or any food in general) for miles, but also because of the absolute carelessness of the employees. Next time I guess we'll just go to McDonald's.
