Ordered food at 10, food uncooked...when taken back they said they had a piece of equipment broken for 2 days.. refunded only a portion of the ticket

Who members in charge of ordering food supplies Needs training on when to place the order so that food is readily available for the customers to order. It makes no sense for KFC/ Taco bell not have food to make a simple order in the height of the summer season.

Ordered my food and waited 20 minutes just for the lady at the window to tell me they don't have what I ordered at all. Would have been nice to know that before I wasted my time waiting for nothing

Ordered a 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and slaw and a taco. Didn't get the taco and only one piece of chicken. This happens a lot at this KFC. If you can hold on wait til you get to nags Head if going east or some where else going west. This is a zero place

I placed an order for a 10-piece chicken meal, which included fries and a beverage. While the chicken was satisfactory, the biscuit was unfortunately undercooked and the fries had an unusual taste.
