Every employee we interacted with was positive and extremely nice. One of the cashiers even went out of her way to stop an older gentleman before leaving to make sure he had enough napkins for the road. Well done McDonalds!

The place was nasty on walk in....there was nobody at the register so had to order at the kiosk which terrible and then ordered 2 sandwiches and a pie and a drink n it took 25 mins jus to get my food.....not coming back for sure

Was assaulted on September 1st in the parking lot, this man pulled up behind me and blocked me in so I couldn’t leave than proceeded to my car and shoved his hands and keys into my window, I couldn’t roll my window up and he said he was going to shove the window down further, he shoved the window down further an as I screamed an yelled he wouldn’t stop until I was calling 911. I contacted McDonald’s today on September 3rd to ask if they could see the incident on camera, I was told to call back in 15-20 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later, they told me they didn’t have time to check to call back around 2-2:30pm I called back at 3pm to give them time. A rude employee answered the phone and wouldn’t put Samantha on the phone who I had originally spoke to. Than she got nasty and hung up on me, stating it was a blind spot they couldn’t see it and were busy. And she don’t know what to tell a cop that’s on me. I am disgusted in how this was handled and with the employee that hung up, she needs training on how to treat customers or people in general as this is a very serious and sensitive matter. And that behavior only makes things worst when dealing with a situation like this. I need corporates information for this store.

I forgot my bag here in the morning at 9 am and didn't realised till I came to the same McD on my way back at 8 pm to sit and eat as I liked the sandwich in the morning. I looked at my bag, realised I have lost it and found it. :P
So the taste and fresh sandwich of this McD saved my day. :

Placed a mobile pick up order and proceeded to still wait 25 minutes for an order that couldn’t be completed. Was told fountain machine did not work, did not have coffee, & english muffin/bagel sandwiches were not even toasted.

The service here was really poor, when I asked for a milkshake the cashier just looked at me like I was stupid and proceeded to give me a milkshake that was completely liquid. Almost like drinking chocolate syrup straight from a bottle.
