I ordered a quarter pounder there was no quarter pounder there’s ketchup on it. There’s pickles on it and I asked for no ketchup and no pickles specifically they forgot the drink and the sauces had to go back in to get it all never going again.

I worked at McDonalds for 3 years and this was BY FAR the worst I’ve been to. I ordered 3 sandwich’s, Mchicken, and two cheeseburgers. I waited 30 minutes for it and they didn’t even check in on me. I’ve made the sandwich’s before and they do NOT take that long. Never recommend coming to this location.

1 word to describe this place, filthy. My daughter's fries were throw in the box and on top of it the bag where they were supposed to be. many flys in the location overall everything was disgusting. Not coming back.
Food was good, kitchen completely unorganized. They got overwhelmed and orders got out of order and so some of them were just skipped. Our family and others only got their food after asking for it numerous times. Should have been a 10 or 15 minute stop, it ended up being a 45 minute stop.

We stopped here on our drive from the OBX to Raleigh, at the height of lunch time on a Saturday. It was understandably busy and the staff was full and working their butts off - and so kind while doing so. The order came out correct and good. The bathrooms were clean. Great service!
