I have been going to Pizza Hut for 50 years ! This place has no menus or boards anything showing any prices or choices ?? How do you know what to order ? I guess they make up the prices as you walk in ? What alternate universe did I walk into here?? No WiFi of coarse to get the app even!
Service was good and accurate. Attendant was polite
This location was extremely dirty. I didn't understand because it wasn't busy. The restroom, and the drink machine were huge turn offs!! Service was fast and friendly.
Waited for over an hour in the drive thru for an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:48 got in line around 6:35 and we didn’t leave till 7:35 and our they couldn’t give me our desserts because they said the morning shift didn’t prep anything before their shift so they choose to not make any so they had to refund us. I am beyond pissed off and there were so many other angry customers ahead of me too! I will never be back to the one in Plymouth ever again!!!
Went to the drive through last night, was told to pull up. My pizza and breadsticks were brought out while, waiting on my wings.
Why I was given Old cold hard bread sticks.
I went in and told them what was given to me, handed it back.The manager was nice about it, She offered me a courtesy drink and gave me fresh breadstick.
Always check your food before driving off.

The absolute worst Pizza Hut experience ever!! Food was ice cold! Sauce was cold. The store manager just useless!

I paid at the drive up window and was told to pull forward because the order wasn't ready. I waited for over 20 minutes and then went inside. I spoke to the manager and I told her that since it wasn't ready that I wanted my money back. She then proceeded to keep telling me that it was ready. She continued to say that until it was ready. Then why hadn't someone brought it out to me??
Then after a few minutes she hands me the order and didn't even apologize.
The food was hot and we all enjoyed our food very much. However I was very disappointed in the service.

Order was ready when I arrived. Pizza was good, but pizza hut just isn't my favorite pizza.
Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in like 10 years...this was soooo good. Had meat lovers melt and he had a garbage pie. Will definitely go more often

Made an order through Door Dash. Pizza Hut said that Door Dash canceled it because the address was wrong and they received no payment. Door Dash says that they did not cancel it, Pizza Hut did because they could not fulfill the order. Somebody has my money. When I called Pizza Hut lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Service at this location in Plymouth NC needs retraining.

It's actually pretty good, doesn't beat mommas pizza if you've been there, but the only bad experience I've ever had here was this time when they burnt the pizza... anyway I rate this 4 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
