I went though the drive-through. The car in front of me sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes before having her order taken. Once she moved up I sat at the sign for another 5 minutes before driving off. There was not a full parking lot so they didnt look busy. I dont know what the problem was.

Always stop here for a quick bite when enroute to the Outer Banks. The crunch wrap supreme is my go to since it only has 530 calories & can easily be eaten while driving without wearing it!

I would like to add my complete review of this location. First, location is unhygienic with house flies, uncleaned tables and food on the floor. Second, all staff member’s in this location are rude with the customers and do not have basic ethics. Third, which is really important TACO BELL started “Veggie Cravings” and I feel company should stop it. We have ordered Cheese Quesadilla for my kid. My kid started eating and complained to us saying there is something wrong with the quesadilla. When I checked the same, Taco Bell staff gave him the meat quesadilla. I have clearly stated while ordering all are veggie and still the staff gave meat. This is religious. When I spoke to the manager on the same, he just said mistakes happen and mentioned he will give correct one without any sorry or concern. With these unprofessional staff being at Taco Bell, soon company will have difficulties.

This Mexican pizza is not edible! The bottom is SO stale I am not able to tear the pizza apart. No fork was provided of course. What I was able to try, was burnt and the beans were spilling out the edges, leaving a huge ring on the outside of the pizza. Terrible. Fix it!! Do better!!
The food wasn’t even made right. I got the crispy chicken cantina tacos & the cheese wasn’t on the shells. The taco shells were broken & it wasn’t even chicken that was in there. Service was terrible, not one manner from the employee who took my order or gave me my order. Hire better employees!

Don't get the Mexican pizza. I just got one and needed to throw it away. The taste is disgusting, as if the oil used to cook it was bad. This is a recurring problem at this Taco Bell. I took one bite and couldn't eat any more.
