I have never seen a Wendy’s so missed managed. Drive thru was all backed up so we decided to go in. People all over waiting for food. The employees of this Wendy’s work at a snails pace, not just a couple of them but the entire “team?” this includes the female manager on duty, 20 minutes to get 2 biggie bags!

So I’ve gone to the Plymouth Nc store a few times and I think their day shift is fine. It’s the night shift I have issues with. It seems to be run by a bunch of kids who think it’s more important to talk rather than actually earn a wage. I paid almost $13 for a spicy chicken sandwich with 1 slice of cheese and a small fry. The only thing right about it was the large coke. I asked for a classic Asiago chicken sandwich combo. I don’t recommend going there at night and I hope someone from that store reads this.

Rude service and poor attitude from the girl running the register. I grabbed a BBQ sauce on the takeout shelf which had been sitting and she proceeded to get up all pissy from a table to throw the other one out. Do not recommend Wendy's of Plymouth

I stopped here on a road trip. I typically like Wendy's. This one was a bit of a disappointment. The place was cold, like a meat locker. The service was quick and friendly. The fries were cold. The double I ordered was served with the patties wrapped next to each other, not stacked. The bathroom was nasty! It smelled like someone died on the toilet. The water faucet barely ran, it trickled out. The soap dispenser worked the paper towels dispenser not so much. I guess not all Wendy's are worth stopping at.
Will increase stars when my order is right. May God's peace be with you.

We stopped here on the way back from the Outer Banks and wish we hadn’t… terrible service and very dirty. The bathrooms smelled like sewage. Our order got skipped and the manager rudely asked what we were waiting for after a while, went and made it, slammed it on the counter and walked away. That’s no way to run a business.

One lady on the morning shift hasn't got the greatest personality, but you only meet up with her if you go inside at breakfast time. I think she might not be a morning person. But the staff at stove through later in the night time are great, and very much like to see their customers happy.
