We stopped here on the way back from the Outer Banks and wish we hadn’t… terrible service and very dirty. The bathrooms smelled like sewage. Our order got skipped and the manager rudely asked what we were waiting for after a while, went and made it, slammed it on the counter and walked away. That’s no way to run a business.

One lady on the morning shift hasn't got the greatest personality, but you only meet up with her if you go inside at breakfast time. I think she might not be a morning person. But the staff at stove through later in the night time are great, and very much like to see their customers happy.

Poor service... Very slow and trouble getting the orders correct. One family waited 30 minutes and got nothing of their order and finally left.

Only one cashier at a very busy time (around 12:15 on a Sunday) created a very long line. The ketchup and napkins were out. I saw several customers ask to have them refilled, but they were not refilled at any point during our stay. It took 30 minutes to receive our order which was not correct. We paid $1 more for bacon double stacks and they were sent out without bacon. The line was so long, we didn't bother to ask for them to fix the order. We spent 1 hour total, between waiting for our food and waiting in line for the bathroom. The women's bathroom was in good condition, but my husband reported that the men's room was not clean and the urinal was out of order. We travel by here regularly and this is the 3rd time we have been disappointed. We will not be stopping here again.

They were out of potatoes. They comped me two additional chilis to compensate for the missing potato then forgot to give me my large drink. Like most fast food places in Plymouth, this place has issues. However, they do always try to make amends for their mistakes.

Restaurant is absolutely filthy. Every table wet and sticky, food all over the floors, no napkins to be found, employees being snarky. Just drive by, better off eating at the Speedway gas station beside it.

Management was very rude and inconsiderate. The other lady also running cash register was very sweet. My food was wrong, I ordered the same thing I always do but they rung the wrong thing up. The manager tried to argue with me that I ordered what was rung up yet she didn't even wait on me. They never gave me a receipt and then when I asked for one due to I was going to call cooperate they gave me a blank receipt.

Made a pitstop here and chose Wendy’s over Mcds. Big mistake. The line was out the door. We eventually got to the front because everyone in front of us left. At least 5 parties behind us also left since it was taking so long just to place an order.
The cashier (female) who seemed to be the manager, was moving very slowly. It was as if she was intentionally doing so to avoid doing more work so that the line dwindles down. It did eventually with frustrated customers. There were more customers who left than customers who were served. The cashier’s attitude was poor as if she did not want to be there.
When I finally placed my order, I didn’t get a receipt. I asked how I was supposed to know it was my order when ready. The cashier then slowly moved to attempt to replace the receipt paper. She did not succeed. I ended up telling her I didn’t need a receipt.
As I waited in line, another customer told me they’ve waited 45 minutes to place their order. Once the customer got her food, she wished me good luck, and left.
Cashier forgot my drinks when I got my order. Coke Zero out of order at fountain machine. Ketchup container was loose.
The bathroom was worse. Women’s restroom did not have any toilet paper. Debris everywhere. Men’s restroom apparently had maggots in there.
Whoever is the franchise owner needs to visit this location and get it back on track. It is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I will never come back.

Don’t stop here… soooo slow trying to make our way to the beach. Dirty bathrooms. Service slow, very crowded. Stop at another fast food option
Passed through on our way back from the outer banks. Bathrooms were filthy - one stall was out of order, the other was a complete mess. Paper towels were left out beside the sink to get wet making them completely useless. The girl who took our order didn't even greet us. She just stared at us until we started ordering. ? The ice machine was out and when we told them, they offered no solution. After waiting 5 minutes for food, a guy from the back yelled “if you want your chicken sandwich, it will be a 6 minute wait.” I told him I'd wait. It didn't take 6 minutes. What should have been a 15 minute pitstop turned into a 35 minute ordeal. At least our order was correct.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Plymouth.
