I stopped here on a road trip. I typically like Wendy's. This one was a bit of a disappointment. The place was cold, like a meat locker. The service was quick and friendly. The fries were cold. The double I ordered was served with the patties wrapped next to each other, not stacked. The bathroom was nasty! It smelled like someone died on the toilet. The water faucet barely ran, it trickled out. The soap dispenser worked the paper towels dispenser not so much. I guess not...
One lady on the morning shift hasn't got the greatest personality, but you only meet up with her if you go inside at breakfast time. I think she might not be a morning person. But the staff at stove through later in the night time are great, and very much like to see their customers happy.
They were out of potatoes. They comped me two additional chilis to compensate for the missing potato then forgot to give me my large drink. Like most fast food places in Plymouth, this place has issues. However, they do always try to make amends for their mistakes.
