One lady on the morning shift hasn't got the greatest personality, but you only meet up with her if you go inside at breakfast time. I think she might not be a morning person. But the staff at stove through later in the night time are great, and very much like to see their customers happy.
They were out of potatoes. They comped me two additional chilis to compensate for the missing potato then forgot to give me my large drink. Like most fast food places in Plymouth, this place has issues. However, they do always try to make amends for their mistakes.
I love Wendy’s chili, burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches…but the service always seems to be off! I’m either missing something from my order, have something that I never ordered to begin with, or, like the last time, waiting an extraordinarily long time for a simple order. I literally sat listening to two workers have a conversation while holding my food and drinks in their hands like I wasn’t sitting right there in n the window beside them! Then one handed me the food...
