Fast, Fresh, Friendly and hot! Very seldom does a restaurant check all of the boxes, especially with fast food. I asked for a Cajun filet with cheese on a light biscuit and hot fries (not recooked), and that's exactly what I received. This is a high volume location and this team is paying attention to quality and service. I've eaten at some locations that has much needed room for improvement, and I've been tonsome really good locations. This is likely the best location I've been to!

$10 for four pieces of bread fried in old oil with a little bit of chicken inside of that bread. The chicken Supremes were 80% bread and were definitely fried in old oil. Even the color of the Supremes was off. Fries are soggy. I eat at a lot of different Bojangles and this is the worst meal I have ever had at a Bojangles. It's 6:00 p.m.. The food should be pumping out fresh as can be
I would normally give this restaurant five stars. I live in Goldsboro and travel to Raleigh quite frequently. I would rather eat at this Bojangles than any other location in the area. Lately when I purchase biscuit it’s hard or too dark. I recently had to call back to your establishment to get a biscuit replaced. (Thank you for your cooperation). I am assuming you have a new biscuit maker and they will improve with time. You are still my favorite location.
