Jakier is a very rude employee he was rude to me and other customers but what really got me was he was extremely rude to his co-workers I couldn’t believe what I saw, usually when I come in a young heavy set white boy waits on me and he is the sweetest person always greets me with a smile and a calm manner love him but when I saw jakier being rude to everyone made me sick to my stomach, things need to change or I will go somewhere else

Ordered 2 Four Piece Dinners through DoorDash. Dinners were to be mixed with 1 breast, a thigh, a leg & wing per order.
WHAT WE GOT was 1 thigh 3 legs and 5 wings. NO breasts.
Also, no utensils and no straws for the drinks. At least they got the drinks right.
We won't be ordering from this location anymore.

Did a mobile order at this location, and it's been the best Bojangles in the area! WAY better than any of the Wayne County ones. Whether my family & I do mobile orders, or in-person, we've always been getting Ms. Kaitlyn as our cashier, and has always been so nice to us. She's so polite and kind, which is a rarity to find this day and age for customer service! She always ensures that customers are looked after, and provides legendary service to those she assists.
This location is always so clean, and Mr. Pedro that does biscuits, does a great job with them... especially at dinner time!
