The biscuits are always hard and never fresh. If you order a bo berry biscuit any time past 11am it is guaranteed to be stale and hard as a rock. The chicken supremes are always lukewarm. It’s like they make everything in huge batches at the beginning of the day and let it sit around getting cold instead of giving people fresh food.

Absolute worst Bojangles I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself some time from ever getting into the drive thru. They’ll swipe your card, then tell you there’s a wait, make you wait 30+ minutes, and when you try to go inside to inquire about your food.. the door will be locked. These folks show up to work and that’s about all they do. Eventually got our food, but only after going back through the drive thru to ask about it. Take a look at this food.

Ordered through app for Raeford, NC location, waited the 22 min it said for my order to be ready. Got there and order had not even been started, saw no real shift leader directing things. Order was given to me incomplete, without one order of Bo-rounds. Also, this was at the beginning of the lunch shift and they were out of ranch. Shift leaders needed to control and direct and management needs to have enough product on hand...ranch is the most common sauce and should never run out.

I love Bojangles but the one in Raeford has bad customer service. At night there is always a wait on the chicken. Sometimes they don't have biscuits or fries. The workers are alway trying to take care of the drive thru and leave the customers up front waiting. They need to do better.
