So slow waited about 15-20 mins for 2 trios had the car behind us blowing there horn. No reason for it to be that slow as the cashier was too busy with front counter and other lady was no where to be seen

I would 100% give this place 0 stars if I could! Everything that was ordered today was not only made incorrectly, it visually looked unappetizing and disgusting! The bread was hard, lettuce brown and it was made so far in advance the wrapper was soggy and just ripped by holding it in my hand. The workers were very slow and rude! All while the manager was just standing there watching everyone else do the work while there was a drive thru line wrapping around. I do not recommend this place at ALL!!!

They give you cold nasty sandwiches. I told Two people I wanted my food fresh. It wasn’t fresh so I bought it back in to then they lied and said they were. I opened up my food it was cold and had no life to it. My husband took his food back to them the second time and he TOLD THEM HE NEED HIS SANDWICH FRESH THEN THEY FINALLY MADE IT FRESH. I was upset I didn’t even go back in. They won’t get my service anymore

Came here only because I was on this side of town and my little one wanted chicken fries. I ordered and when I got to the window to pay, the man was super nice, no problem with him at all. Get to the window to get the food, the girl at the window giving your food had her face all turned up. I asked for some barbeque sauce and salt and pepper and she rolled her eyes as she got it. Look, I got chicken fries, I need sauce, you didn’t offer any. And the fries was cold, I WILL NOT be back. Customer service is everything. They need to put the guy at the register up front, he’s more welcoming.

'Freshly' Flame Grilled for You, Since 1954; doesn't really mean anything, to this location's management. I got a Double Whopper, whereas the beef patties were not freshly flame grilled. The patties were dry, as though they had been pre-cooked, ahead of orders and set beneath a warming lamp. They was no juice within the patties; which you would expect, from a freshly flame grilled beef pattie. Poor management.

Today, I had a wonderful experience at Burger King that truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Iasia, whose warm smile and kind attitude immediately made us feel welcome. Her customer service was exceptional, and she carried such a positive energy that set the tone for our visit.
We had a special order, and Mr. Quinton, who was working the grill, went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared just right. His patience and attention to detail were impressive, and he made sure our food was hot, fresh, and exactly as requested.
When we brought up a small issue, Mrs. Shaun, the manager, handled it with professionalism and genuine care. To our surprise, she not only fixed the problem quickly but exceeded our expectations in how she resolved it. It showed true leadership and commitment to excellent service.
My son left smiling from ear to ear, and it’s all because of the incredible team effort we experienced. This team is a perfect example of what great customer service looks like, committed, caring, and dedicated to making every customer feel valued. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a BK in every way possible. Sloppy preparation and quality. Bad attitudes and not customer friendly unless you are of the same ethnicity or friends and family. Like all the fast food restaurants in Raeford NC; low quality employees with nasty dispositions.
