This place is incompetent, and that's putting it nicely! Haven't been able to use the answering service ever and if we get someone they can't complete their job, poor customer service, we get hung up on, spoken to rudely, we've tried to pay over the phone and they couldn't figure out their own card machine so they just hang up on us. I truly have come to be turned off by the pizza because of how difficult placing an order has become and I'm specifically referring to this dominoes, not all! I truly hope someone steps up or closes it down so that we can get an operating food place that actually wants to sell you food! They lost customers here and I hope I've helped explain why! This isn't a one time occurrence it's been 3 years of this nonsense and my boyfriend is on his way to papa johns as we speak because they put us through to 3 ppl who each asked for our card number and then put on hold because they didn't know how to do it, what they said!!

Waited 2.5 hiurs for my sandwich. The girl then tells me it is not free but u can come get it yourself after she told me the driver left. She lied!!!! I went to subway. Chris is a horribke manager and alysia is VERY UNCARING AND RUDE. They normally do not have enough cheese or sause. Dont know why I tried them again one more time. They are locatwd on Harris Ave. Raefird NC 28376. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! TRUST ME!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE THAT STUPID AGAIN. 2.5 HOURS AND THEY NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER MY FOOD. I have cameras so when I went to SUBWAY for an awesome fresh sandwich i see no one EVER came. What a waste of my time!!!! Look at their stars. That says enough about them right!!!!

I would have given a zero but that’s not an option. Let’s start by having me place an order with people who are not at the store but working from home. You can hear the television playing in the background, children playing and just a bunch of noise. Then they tell you they are having technical difficulties and will connect you to the actual store just for them to hang up on me. Not once, not twice but three times, never again will I go through all of that just to place an order. Don’t get me started on the website that’s what made me try to contact the actual store. Just unprofessional
