I ordered a delivery order pizza should of been pepperoni and pineapple,they made pepperoni and sausage I call the young lady had a nasty attitude I ordered at 3:35pm

Pizzas were amazing as well as the customer service when picking them up. The wings are way off point. Frankly they were a combo of soggy and slimey.

Just recently tried to order there and the customer service is horrible my delivery driver hung up on me mid conversation because he didn't like that he had to drive a certain distance but it is YOUR job to do so.

The manager at this store is ignorant and will not shut his mouth for a minute to listen to the customer… he raised his voice at me when I was only trying to explain to him what the lady told me over the phone and I told him I used my points to get some of my food… he and the lady both told me to call home office to get the points straightened out… I told him I still want my cheese bread and would pay for them and that I would call home office to get my points back… he then screamed at me and told me not to threaten him and hung the phone up on me… I was only following his and the lady’s directions to call home office but I still wanted my cheese bread and was going to pay for them and come get them… I called him back twice and each time he put me on hold… on the second call he finally picked up the phone trying to change his voice and lying about his name… I know Domino can do better in management than this guy… all I can say is wow and I will take my business elsewhere… don’t need the drama over cheese bread….My husband then went to the store to get the cheese bread when he got home they were garlic knots… again he had to go back and reorder the bread again… its sad when the store manager plays silly games and causes my husband to drive there twice to get the food straightened out…. When all he had to do was make the bread and give it to us and then he could have called home office himself to get it fixed on the points… but instead he tells my husband he has to pay for the bread out of his pocket and that’s not fair to him… something needs to be done with this guy… get it together DominosVegetarian options: N/A

If you can avoid this location, do so. This is absolutely by far the WORST location. Every time, literally EVERY TIME you make an online order there is a problem. Every time! Whether it takes them an hour to prep and bake your order, missing items, ridiculous delivery delays, to absolutely horrible customer service. Seriously, every time. I know what you are asking. Why do you continue to use this location? This Domino's is literally 3 minutes from my house. I try my best to not use this location. For the most part I avoid it at all cost. Sometimes when I'm in a pinch or a long period of time has passed, I will roll the dice and hope all goes well. It never does. The food is fine. It's the HORRIBLE customer service, the lack of accountability for the horrible customer service and employees that let you know they do not wanna be there!

I'd like to commend my last delivery driver for her tenacity, forgot her name. I left a tip on an online order with an instruction to leave the order at the door. While being out back, she rang the doorbell several times and heard me in the backyard, calling out to me. Being a veteran delivery driver myself and not remembering if the tip was included in my order cost, I stopped her and wanted to make sure a tip was included. She showed a non itemized receipt, said oh if you want to leave a tip you can.... just sign anywhere. Sales 10/10. Integrity 1/10 Do better.

Last night, I put in an online order for a medium pizza and some boneless wings. After waiting almost an hour, I looked and my email confirmation, and in smaller print, it showed the delivery was going to be 120 to 160 minutes. So, I called the store and asked them to cancel the order after finding out that it hadn't even been put into the oven. There was no way I could wait for another hour. I was told the order was canceled. Well, this morning, I get up to take my dogs for a walk, and on the front porch is the order that I canceled. Needless to say, I'm a bit angry about this. In the past, I've canceled my orders when they were taking too long and saw that they had immediately credited my debit card. Today, the charge is still on my account. However, they did send me a "We let you down" email where I can order another pizza and pay another delivery fee and tip. This is total BS and not the way to run a business. It is obvious that they knew I called and wanted my order canceled. They have lost my business permanently.

How is this Franchise still open.I’ve ordered from Dominos all over the states and this one by far is the worst. There is absolutely no customer service, and the pizzas are just thrown together missing items on most occasions. They complain about being short staffed and it literally took them two and a half hour and counting to deliver two basic medium pepperoni pizzas. If you’re reading this, please choose another location to order from. Their corporate office clearly is ok with how they work, they won’t get another dime from this house. Thanks and good luck.

This place will not get any more of my services again. I ordered a large pizza and wings online like I always do. The app says that my pizza was being baked. The order was supposed to be delivered in 30mins. well 2 hours had passed and I still hadn't received my order. I checked the app once again and it's still saying baked! so I decided to call! I called a total of 5 times, someone answered each time and was completely clueless about my order. Then hung up on me each time! At this point I'm upset and decided to drive up there. I expressed my frustrations in a decent manner. Then a transgender guy who claims he was the general manager didn't apologize but was rude to me and argued back saying it's no reason to have an attitude. well sir you try waiting 2 hours for a pizza of course you are going to have an attitude. Also my pizza was no where near ready or had been prepared. so I asked for my money back. The general manager still being rude and smart mouthy claim to have put my money back on my card. But never gave me a refund receipt. Not once did he apologize or try to make anything better. This place has the worst service. I then drove to Pizza Hut and got a large pizza and wings from them within 15mins. I have contacted corporate and filed a complaint. Hopefully something is done about this issue!

*Update 3/12/2023We just got pizza delivered and it was absolutely delicious. Also tried the new loaded tots and they are banging! The toppings on everything was probably 5x or more the amount that PJ's puts on theirs. The delivery driver was friendly and prompt. But the pizza. Man. It was amazing! They are by far the absolutely best chain pizza around. Kuddos to the staff. *By far this is the most consistent pizza place ever. We order here about once a month and absolutely love it. The flavor is always on point as well as the toppings. The employees here must be amazing.I don't understand some of the lower ratings because we have never had a bad experience and even when calling to fix my mistake while ordering online they were happy to help.
