No rolls, no bagels...I ordered BEC on a hoagie roll, since I drove from The Ville, & he. wouldn't give me the free coffee that comes with the special, eve though HE WAS the reason I couldn't order the special, he had no rolls! Special was 4.99, I paid 7.99 for the sandwich only; I won't be back there.

So there’s been a few issues I’ve had with this location. Specifically the owners. We placed a big order online for pick up and paid for it online. Once getting there they never made our order because according to them they disconnected the machine or whatever it is that they use for online orders but it’s still allowing people to place orders and they would not reimburse us. Said we had to call the online number and get the money back and that they were not going to fill our order! And they are very rude and ignorant on how they treat their customers stating on how much they don’t care how this was an inconvenience. Now tonight I got a sandwich from them and the bacon was old and over cooked I could not chew threw it, the lettuce was wilted, it was really dry no mayo or ketchup which was asked for and the egg was burnt! We call them to let them know about it and his response was AND?! Like are you serious!!!! Never again will I order from here!

I recently visited Manhattan Deli & Grill with high expectations, but unfortunately left disappointed. While the food itself was just okay, the real issue came when I ordered a Reuben sandwich over the phone. Typically, a Reuben is served on rye or marble rye bread—just as their menu advertised—but when I arrived, I discovered it was served on a hoagie roll instead.
When I asked about it, the cashier curtly explained they were out of rye and that’s simply how they made it now. There was no apology or attempt to offer an alternative, just a dismissive attitude. If they had at least communicated they were out of rye bread before I arrived, I could have chosen something else. But instead, they just went ahead without telling me.
Between the lack of proper ingredients, poor communication, and unhelpful service, I won’t be rushing back. A Reuben isn’t really a Reuben without rye, and a little empathy or explanation would have gone a long way toward making the situation better.

There is a lovely lady working the counter - very friendly and polite. I ordered the Cajun Chicken sandwich combo and upgraded to cheese fries. One can of soda is included in the price. The food is fantastic! Made fresh while you wait (which wasn't long at all). The sandwich was amazing, great portion sizes. I also ordered a parfait, and they made me a fresh one as they didn't like the quality of the one left. Will gladly be back.
The cashier was super welcoming and just out right nice simple as that even the cook was nice at first was going to get it to go after waiting for the food cause it is made to order but don’t worry the Conversation will keep you occupied, but that conversation is what made us change our mind and ended up dinning in drive don’t run or walk to this place the burgers are huge and taste amazing and the chili just wow the chopped cheese was great but I’m not from up north either so take that as you please it was tasty to me

This place is nasty DIRTY. Standard for cleaning must be a 0. Lady that took my order was on the phone the whole time I was in there— talking on the phone about personal stuff while talking face to face orders is crazy

Yoooo! I remembered the lady cuz of her cool glasses, they were at the mall and I got one of these CHOP CHEESE HOAGIES and they moved so after door dashing I seen her again!!!! And do y'all see how they wasn't scared to put some cheese on the fries!!! This is gonna be my lil gem for a while very kind people for real tho!!! Keep being real!!!
