Ordered at 9:15 didn’t get my order until 9:30, missing items happened 3 out of the 4 times ive came.

I had to wait for our food about 7mins. Then when I got home the 10 piece nuggets wasn't in the bag. I went back to get them and ppl was waiting in the lobby to be served and waiting on their food too. So when I wave my hand to get the managers attention. The night shift head manager with the black button up shirt with the twists in his hair said what she waving her hand for so I spoke up and said I need to speak to a manager. He going to send a team member and I said no I want to speak a manager and he still didn't move. The team leader manager came from drive thru to assist me. Yall need new management and a new night crew bc the head manager night shift doesn't act professional and he sure acts like he doesn't need to be over crew bc acted lost and just standing around talking. 1/16/26.

Store not organized receipt machine doesn’t work at kiosk manager team not friendly or welcoming it’s close to my home but I will go to one on Skibo that’s a better one I waited 10 minutes on nuggets and fries only to get warm nuggets and warm fries

I don't know the young lady's name but she was pleasant and she kept that drive thru moving. Raeford NC near downtown. Kudos to the staff
Terrible service!, went to get a quick 6 nuggets and a burger. Made me pull up to slot 2, WAITED 28 minutes then finally went in because the still had yet to bring me my food. Went in and saw it just on the counter. How long was it on the counter? Why did they not bring it out to me after making me pull up and wait so long? Very disappointed and will not ever go again. Y’all need to do better than hiring these teenagers with attitudes and who don’t want to do their jobs.
