Every single time I come to this place I put in a curbside order and have to wait 30+ mins to the point where I have to walk inside and get it. They seem lost. Dirty sticky mess all over the floors. Very unprofessional. Will not come back to this McDonald’s ever. Drive thru cars getting their food and I’m sitting here for 30 mins at a time waiting on mine.

DONT go to this McDonald’s if u are in a rush of something, it was my first time going to this McDonald’s not to long ago, we ordered the food and it was all normal until. we had to wait half an hour and then some people here were pissed off by how much they also had to wait so they just left, they just gave us 2 bags of wtv that some people ordered but left because of toooo much waiting, the service wasn’t what I expected

They took 2 hours to get me a $5.00 meal and kept giving MY food to the people at the window. i really don’t appreciate how rude and slow and selfish they was. HIRE NEW PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Before 9pm all good. Don't go after 9pm, unless you want to wait 25 mins in the drive through. Only option in Raeford is why people go
Our food was good once we got it. Employees are on the whole rude, there are exceptions which is one reason the food is so slow. I was a manager in the 70's. Most of these would not have a job the way they treat customers. QSC, learn it again.

There were dead flies all over the door inside, the kitchen completely forgot my order of 3 items and it took 40 min. The kitchen was full of people screaming at each other because of a terrible system in place- getting mad at one another for missing people’s items etc. It was truly a bad experience. Once we got our food, the fries were cold.

Entire business needs to be re-staffed. Fries always cold whether going inside or going through the drive-through..and good luck if they pull your car...you'll sit there for 15-20 min, food still comes out cold or doesn't come out at all. The service is worse than the food, a bunch of rude teenagers...I guess getting paid to be rude.
