This is a review of the McDonald's in Raeford, NC, 12NOV2024 about 5PM. Ken brought our order to our table after we ordered from the kiosk. I was shocked that he had ketchup packets on their tray for our fries. I usually have to beg like a pauper to get ketchup. I told Ken that we appreciated that little touch. Then, they burgers and fried were hot and tasty. Probably there best I've had at any McDonald's in recent memory.

They have refused to provide a recipe for my meal every time I go there. They get the order wrong and it is never fresh. Horrible customer service stay away from this restaurant.

I have literally never had a worse fast food experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Spent over half an hour waiting only for them to bring the wrong order & just never come back..? And then tried to go inside but they’d locked the doors from the inside. Never, ever again. Go literally anywhere else.
This McDonald's location was so clean. I haven't seen such a clean fast-food restaurant in a long time! Both my husband and I enjoyed our meals, the fries were nice and hot. The customer service was great.
