TERRIBLE. we ordered curbside, just a regular nugget meal. it took almost 20 minutes, and when we got it, the food was SO. COLD. not to mention disgusting.. the chicken meat was crunchy?

Do not go to this McDonald’s. They simply do not care about the customer or how they are perceived. Lived here for decades and glad the new McDonald’s opened across from Walmart. They do not deserve our support.

I wish they never built a McDonald's in Reaford, NC literally any restaurant would of been better. The quality food and service is be horrible. I never write reviews but I made a exception after my last visit. I ordered 3x kids meals and the food was cold. And had to be warmed. Please avoid this McDonald's at all cost!!!

Would not recommend. The service is slow and management is unprofessional. Online it says they’re open 24 hours but the times I’ve attempted to use the drive thru they yell out that it’s closed.

Went through curbside because I had a car full of toddlers during naptime. The employee who delivered the food was well over 20 mins late and when he finally came he was extremely rude. Telling me next time I order this much food (3 happy meals) to go inside next time because they could be feeding way more families. Tried calling to complain but the number listed is no longer in service. 0/10
Honestly, it's pathetic how often and long you have to wait for food here. Literally, every, time. Something as simple as 2 mcmuffens requires a 30-minute wait. And if it's not an long wait something is almost guaranteed to be missing. TLDR, it's not fast, or accurate.

Took 20mins just to get 3 #5's. Did they have to kill the chickens and cook them?! And the parking lots was absolutely disgusting. They apparently don't have trash pick up. The smell was overwhelming in this heat! Fire who ever is in charge and hire someone who actually cares about the restaurant! Won't be returning.

Went home for a funeral in Raeford, this McDonald's is the worse, I didn't lear my lesson the first time 4632 Fayetteville Rd even if you hungry don't take your ass there you better pass by it. The service terrible I'm shaking my head what the he'll is all i cam say.

Don’t go after 5pm. The line creeps and then your order is almost always still wrong.
ALWAYS check your order before you leave the drive thru or building. 50% of the time, something is missing.
This week, I ordered breakfast… 2 orders of hot cakes and breakfast burrito. I was told to park and wait for my order. 12 minutes later, I got 1 order of hotcakes and my burrito. Had to go back and get the 2nd order of hotcakes and still only got 1 syrup.
I don’t know of it’s management or what… but no other fast food restaurant has service as poor as this McDonald’s. If you gotta do McDonald’s… remember… check the order immediately. Go somewhere else after 5pm. Good luck.
