This was one of the best Papa John’s pizzas we’ve had in a very long time. The original crust was back to what we are used to and covered in the Parmesan garlic baked glaze was fantastic. It was done quickly, and there are plenty of toppings on it just the right amount It was quick to pick up and the cashier was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

Very pleased with the customer service. Was missing a couple of items when I received my order, and the manager on duty was very apologetic and even upgraded the size of my missing items with no extra charge and sent them back out.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with papa johns. Especially the manager.Placed an online order for a 18:00 delivery. Driver showed up at 18:25. All 3 pizzas were cold on delivery.Called the location manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me there was no fault to her or her driver. Told me pizza was ready at 17:45, which means this pizza has been sitting for 35 minutes before it was delivered.Then the manager has the audacity of telling me her driver clocked back into the store at 18:25. I was literally on the phone with the driver at 18:23 because he couldn't find my house.I had to re-heat the pizza in my own house, would have been better to just bake frozen pizza.If I could give this place negative stars I would.
Paid over $50.00 for two speciality pizzas. Where were our toppings ???? Barely any of our requested toppings. Then I tried to call and was disconnected 3 times. They knew...... Last time my Friend. Pizza Hut gets it Correct almost Every time. Bye bye....??

I am always greeted at this location. I also order for later pickup times and my order is “always” hot and fresh, even though I arrive up to 30 mins after the pickup time. Highly recommend this location.

Food was over a hour late and food was cold had to heat it up in the microwave and I called and the lady on the phone was rude and wasn’t apologetic and she hung up before I could ask to speak to manager .one person that works there Barbara Locklear is amazing
